On 6/6/2012 a free recheck of the transmission was performed as per the customer's warranty. A minor problem was found and it was corrected free per the warranty invoice XXXXX.
On 10/13/2015 the customer returned with a complaint, invoice XXXXX. Under the terms of his warranty it expired 5/11/2014.
Farther repairs were declined and the vehicle was taken away as is.
