January 10, 2017To Whom It May Concern:I am writing upon receipt of the complaint filed against our company by [redacted] ***, business owner of [redacted] *** [redacted] entered in a mutually established agreement for waste removal services with Accurate Trash Removal, Inc., on June 4, Please note on the front page of said agreement it is listed, above the signature line, that “THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON THE REVERSE SIDE ARE A PART OF THE AGREEMENTThe first paragraph of the terms and conditions, not only spell out the exact time frame of the current period, but also the automatic renewal clause and the early termination fee[redacted] did send an email, although in the terms it is specified the request of cancellation is to be sent via certified mail, on December 18, 2016, requesting to cancel the service as he found a more "competitive” rateBeing a long time customer, our Office Manager reached out to [redacted] ***It was requested to have a copy of the quote sent over for review, to ensure that the quote was for the same service [redacted] was currently receiving, as well as all an all-inclusive rate, [redacted] declinedA standard letter was sent outlining the options, as [redacted] requested.We will work with [redacted] ***, he will need to contact the office or follow the steps as proposed in the letter he has received.Sincerely,Holly POffice Manager
