AccuStar we did not provide his test result and told him he would need to purchase another test kit.AccuStar cannot determine whether the test was received or issue test results using the information in the complaint. [redacted]'s complaint does not provide the test device serial number or specify the address of the property tested. The complaint gives conflicting information, in that it states the test was completed in October 2015, but that the kit was purchased on June 6, 2016. It is not clear if the test was a long-term test or a short-term test because full test dates (mm/dd/yyyy) are not provided.If [redacted] can tell us the test device number, the address of the property tested and the dates he conducted his test we will search our records again to determine whether the kit was received. It also will help us to know where [redacted] purchased his test kit.
