The initial training that was scheduled I have from the assigned trainer states that he had a family emergency So, I had no other choice but to reschedule I was also never able to send the tax return for Mr [redacted] It has not been transmitted I have contacted tech support on several occasions and the issues were not resolved.Thank you, [redacted] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted]

See attach document email that was from ***@gmail.com stating that Ms *** email her account manager *** *** at ***@accutaxsoftware.com she would reschedule due to family emergency not ***The email is proof that she emailed us stating to reschedule and the Account Executive Manager didnot reschedule.After the reschedule we tried to reschedule several times and still it was cancel by Ms*** see previous we even tried to reschedule her on a saturday outside our business hours.AccuTax is denying the request of a refund base on:The sales agreement was signed by Ms*** in regards to our no refund policyIt is posted on our website when you make the purchase of our no refund policyThe software was usedWe attempted several times to train the customerPlease see previous email response to the complaint in regards to the attachments to back up our claim *** ***

After researching this issue this customer did fall thru the crack in regards to her refund and when there is a mistake we own up to itThe initial Account Manager who sold her the services was no longer with the company and we had to do a little more research to confirm this orderA refund has
been initiated and a tracking number was provided to the customer. Tracking Number *** was provided thru USPS

AccuTax is a leader in income tax preparation software for tax professional and have been in business since AccuTax always stands behind their product and service delivery and support. The software was release to Ms*** in a timely fashion after her purchaseAccuTax offers one on
one training to all new customers and this invitation was also extended to Ms*** on which several occasions she rescheduled the training classWe even tried to schedule training times on the weekend to accommodate Ms*** but again only to reschedule or cancel (see attach emails)During the time Ms*** call we did have technical phone issues but AccuTax provided our customers with different outlets to reach us during this time which was via live web chat at our website at www.accutaxsoftware.com, Fax at 1.877.848.0502, or email at [email protected] and like any customer service response via email we ask our customer to allow a hour response time.After researching the account Ms*** have created one return with the software and was created successfully. On our website before purchasing the software it is disclose that all sales are final and no refunds are due since our software is a pre ordered softwareOur customers also have to signed a sales agreement in regards to the No Refund PolicySee attachment. AccuTax is not a low budget scam or softwareWe have several reputable companies including tax franchises that use our software and references are available upon request. AccuTax has a online presence in which the user purchase software from our website. AccuTax does not charge cards with out it being unauthorized. After researching this issue, AccuTax find out that [redacted] was a victim of identity theft.  Who ever stole his credit card information purchased...

AccuTax software at accutaxsoftware.com.  AccuTax findings was that who purchase the software the name was not [redacted] therefore an immediate refund was process back to [redacted] was also informed that he has been a victim and to close his accounts. Refund has been issued as 01/31/2017
