To whom it may concern, On December 2nd, 2016, Matt, Kenny, Greg and Jorian went out and met with homeowner. We have tried to address the homeowners issues since the beginning. We wanted to address any issues with the homeowners and had everyone there so that there was no hearsay. We went up on the roof and found the following There was nothing wrong with the flat roof, the water is dirty coming off of the flat roof and staining the new white fascia. The only way to fix this is to add a gutter, the homeowner still states that they do not want a gutterWe again looked at the ridge of the house. The ridge has a hump in it due to a low rafter next to a high rafter. We offered, again, to feather in some shingles underneath to hide this area. The homeowner wants the top of the roof re-framed. We have advised him to hire someone else to re-frame his roofWe ask that this claim be closedThanks, - Jorian *** Midwest Exteriors Plus, Inc*** *** *** * Maple Grove, MN Cell: ###-###-#### Office: ###-###-#### Fax: ###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because:
My name is [redacted] and I am responding on the behalf of my parents.. They have been composing letters to your organization at my recommendation and I have been transferring them to an email format as they do not own a computer nor do the want one.. My sisters and I have been concerned with their health do the stress Midwest has created with their roofing/soffit project.. My Father [redacted], has been a Lifelong friend to Gary, the original owner of Midwest, my parents have used Midwest for all their roofing/siding needs on their home.. Gary has retired and his son Greg now owns the company.. My Family and I feel that the ball was dropped by Jorian, whom I was told is the estimator/project manager, and he is attempting to cover his mistakes and lies.. And that any further communication between our Parents, the Revdex.com and Midwest would be better served dealing with Greg the President of the company.. It makes me very uncomfortable watching my parents reactions to Jorians responses to the Revdex.com, as they get all riled up stating "He's Lieing!".. Both of my parents have health issues and I believe this ridiculous unnecessary stress is making things hard on them.. Carol, I believe my Father, [redacted], is going to call you tomorrow as he is more of a vocal, I wanna talk to her kinda guy.. Please help them get this resolved,  this is and has been a great company, it appears to me that promises were made to my parents to get them to do alot more work than my parents originally wanted ensuring Midwest a larger Job Sale.. Yet promises were not kept by Midwest to achieve the desired outcome my parents were expecting that Jorian promised they would definitely take care of..    Sincerely    [redacted]

ID # [redacted]   To whom it may concern, We were hired to replace a roof on the homeowner's home.  It was replaced August of 2015.  The homeowner was not happy with the fact the the ridge was not straight.  We went out and looked at the issue.  The framing below the roof was...

not straight.  The trusses underneath were low and high next to each other.  We told the homeowner the only way to fix this is to re-frame the roof which is not economical.   Then the homeowner hired us in June of 2016 to replace the fascia on the back side of the house with aluminum.  The homeowner is not happy that the new white fascia is getting dirty from the water running down the roof, drip edge and onto the fascia.  New white fascia will get dirtier over time and that is what we told the homeowner.  The only way to correct this is to add a gutter to the back side of house to catch the water so it does not go onto the fascia.   We did nothing wrong have explained the situation to the homeowner and met them several times.  This is not a workmanship issue and they will not accept it.     -- Jorian [redacted] Midwest Exteriors Plus, Inc.
