After carefully researching many home inspectors I chose Accutech to inspect my husband's and I first homeI chose them because they're accredited by the Revdex.com, they use a infrared camera to aid in their inspection, and I read numerous good reviewsMike did our inspection and we couldn't be happier with our experience! ! He was professional, very thorough, and easy to talk toIt was great to walk through with him every step of the inspectionVery honest and niceOur overall experience was above and beyond greatEven the other associates that work for Accutech who schedule the inspections were very nice and helpful!! I first must start out by saying that my experience with Accutech Home Inspections was beyond anything that I could have ever imagined. They immediately talked with my husband and I about what they will be doing today and they asked if we had any areas of concern. There was no standing around both of these gentlemen went to work. They began with the outside of the home checking the home from top to bottom. [redacted] went through the property checking for termites and we were happy to know that there was no evidence of them ever. [redacted] did the full home inspection. It did take some time, but that was what I loved about the inspection. I never felt like [redacted] was in a rush to get out of the home and on to the next. He went through the home with a fine tooth comb. Any areas that he was going to write up on the report he took the time to show us what was the concern. As a first time home buyer I completely feel confident in the big purchase that I am getting ready to make. Thank You!
