Completely satisfied.

Hello,I met with the customer last Tuesday the 13th.  I saw exactly what they were talking about with the one system.  We are having a Carrier representative come out to the customers house and are replacing the Thermostat.  I talked to the Mrs. regarding it and she was fine...

with all this and would remove this complaint providing we get here system up and running correctly.Thank you[redacted]G.M.

Luke M[redacted] was great, very professional & honest

I have had my new HVAC unit about one year. The installation of the unit was performed by Accu Temp. Accu Temp is a very professional team. Although during my first year of enjoying my new unit (especially the two-stage compressor which greatly controls indoor humidity during the hot summer months) I experienced two episodes of compressor related pressure failures in which the unit stopped working during the summer times, Accu Temp was here at a "lightening" speed time. NOTE: The compressor failure issues were not related to the work of Accu Temp, but rather due to the nature of machine complexities today.

Team names that stand out to me are Luke, Joshua, Justink, and Skylar (I know there are more that I am forgetting). My impression: very professional, patient (because I ask many questions), and most importantly, friendly. Thank You Accu Temp team for truly serving our community.

Would not recommend this company for your heating and air condition needs. We had three different appointments for air condition maintenance and all three appointments were cancelled. Always an excuse. Will be looking for a company interested in serving new customers

Kerry was the Rep who spoke with us. He was ontime, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. I feel he will offer the best deal since he seems to know the business and the products well. If the end product is as good as the first encounter then I think I will be comfortable selecting AccuTemp to provide the service I need.

Great service competent and personable employees. I would highly recommend AccuTemp to my friends.

We have used AccuTemp for at least the past 10 years for residential and commercial heat and air conditioning. We appreciate their prompt and courteous service. Luke M[redacted] is especially knowledgeable about our units and keeps accurate information. The entire staff is very courteous and I'm pleased to recommend their service.

Accutemp Services is awesome. They service both my home and commercial building. I highly recommend for all HVAC needs. Jaime the technician that services my building is awesome.... Good Job Jaime.

Review: Called twice to verify service pricing for repair work that already had a diagnosis from another company. Pricing was quoted as $75 for first 30 minutes to re-diagnose, then $75 per hour for repair work ONSITE only. I specifically asked if they charged for time off site (getting the part travel time) and they said no; only time on site. I asked specifically about a flat labor charge and the receptionist said "no, only time, charged in 15 minute increments of the $75 per hour after diagnosis." She quoted $18.75 per 15 minutes of work doing the repair.

When work was completed in about 20 minutes the invoice was written as:

$294.62 for part (fan)

$75 for diagnosis

$112.50 for labor (this should have been no more than $40)

Serviceman denied policy of above pricing quote and stated that he charged for time spent getting part and returning to job site.Desired Settlement: I really feel I was overcharged (not only did I pay them to confirm the previous diagnosis which was correct, they lied about their pricing policy.) The part was easily accessible and replaceable. Total time diagnosing and repairing was no more than 40 total (20 and 20). Charge for repair should have been $37.50. When added to the $75 diagnosis charge, that still provides them $112.50 for the job on top of the padding they undoubtedly added to the price of the part.

I have used AccuTemp for 8 years and they have never disappointed. Their technicians have always been very courteous, professional and arrive in a timely fashion. I had Luke out yesterday for an A/C repair. He found the problem, explained the issue to me, retrieved the part and fixed in a timely manner. Would definitely give them a big thumbs up.

Review: Installed 2 new Carrier HVAC units. After installation the smaller unit A/C was also running the heat and blowing the [redacted] into the vent system because it was not installed properly. [redacted] had to come out and shut things down until finally fixed. Very dangerous situation.Now the second unit purchased the heating runs continuously even when thermostat reaches the desired temperature. I suspect it was broken from the begining or not installed correctly creating other room to be 80 degrees and the area to be heated still cold. Accutemp stated it was the sun from the windows causing the heating issue. Wrong it is the middle of the night no sun and same issue. I've called for 2 months to correct the problem with zero resolution. This issue wasn't discovered until it was cold outside and we needed to turn the heat on. I call every week for a resolution and get the run around.Desired Settlement: We would like the unit taken out and refunded so we can call another Carrier representative to install a new one or would like this one fixed and have it work properly. The venting and installation has been a problem on both units from the day of install. I have filed a dispute with our credit card company as well.
