Accutime Watch Corp has told me at least 4 occasions that my watch has been inspected & relevant data has been entered(in their notes :"movement is not working") and is in the process of servicing.
Today thru email I received from Accutime Watch Corp.the following:"The watch you sent us does not belong to our company. We looked up the UPC on your receipt & the number does not match with our system. We will send the Watch back. You will have to contact the Department Store".
Accutime Watch Corp is listed on warranty registration. I forward the watch, receipt,warranty registration certicate and a check for $7.00(shipping and handling)in good faith to your company.
Trust in your company has been exhausted & only action will suffice. My complaint can be resolved by the return of the watch in good, repaired condition or a replacement Watch. Please, resolve this issue.

Review: On April 1[redacted], 2013, I purchased an Accutime "Tie Dye" Mickey Mouse Watch from Peebles Department Store, Front Royal, VA. After approximately one month, the second hand on the watch came loose, making the hour and minute hands unable to move when the watch was worn. After trying unsuccessfully to find a local watch repair shop, I mailed the watch to Accutime's Service Department on July [redacted], 2013. Following their two-year warranty card, warranty information and a check in the amount of $7.50 was provided along with the watch. According to United States Postal Service Tracking, Accutime received my watch on July [redacted]. After waiting almost one month for my watch to be repaired and returned, I e-mailed Accutime's Customer Service Department on August [redacted], 2013, inquiring as to when I might receive my watch back. As of August [redacted], Accutime has not even acknowledged receiving my e-mail, much less responded to my request.Desired Settlement: I expect Accutime to repair the Tie-Dye Mickey Mouse watch and return it to me. If not reparable, I expect a replacement watch. As it is now, Accutime has my watch, my check payment for shipping and handling - and I have nothing.

Reference complaint #[redacted]. I received my repaired watch today (September *, 2013) along with an apology for the lack of communication from Accutime Watch Corp. concerning the repair. I am completely satisfied with Accutime's response and wish to close this complaint.

Review: I bought a watch at Macys which stopped working correctly within the warranty period. The company request was to send the watch for service repair. The watch was licensed brand US POLO Assn. Date of purchase Dec 2012. I also enclosed a money order for 9.50 as requested for repair 6.50 and 3.00 for battery. The warranty was enclosed with copy of sales receipt. This was sent 1/**/14. An additional letter was sent 2/**/14. A third letter was sent a month later requesting information about the watch. I received no response from any of the letters.Desired Settlement: I would like the watch fixed or replaced as specified by the company warranty.

The response was a package from the company with the watch apparently repaired since it was working. There was no letter of explanation or receipt of the money order. This does not appear to be a professional response. However I will consider the matter resolved. I certainly appreciate the strength of the Revdex.com in the resolution of this complaint. I hope that other customers will receive better service than I have in dealing with this company.

Review: I sent out 2 watches that my daughter had given me, several years ago, and needed repaired of the watch bands, they were sent out on [redacted]. I have called them numerous amount of times. Was called on 6/**/13-the watches not in repairs yet. Called 8/**-Monday-they would be ready in 1-2 weeks. Called 9/**/13-they were in repair now. Called on 9/**/13-said they would be sent out on Monday 9/**/13. On 9/**and 9/**-message was left to call me back, never did. Called 10/*-they were sent out on Friday 10/*/13. Called again on 10/**-10:16a.m., she would call me back at 4:30p.m., and when messages are left they never return the calls-EVER! So I called again at 4:30p.m., she said they would send them out Friday, on 10/**, and she was suppose to e-mail me and call me with the tracking number to let me know that they had been sent out, and I didn't get that yet either. This company was suppose to replace the bands to these wataches, and return them back to me. I'm tired of waiting, I was wanting to wear these watches for my daughter's wedding, and didn't get to. Please help! When I called on 10/**/13, she said there were 2 people working and getting backed further and further every day, what is going on?Desired Settlement: I want them to finish the job that they started, and send my watches to me as soon as possible, and quit messing around.

Review: I received a Accutime watch corp watch as an early birthday gift (6-**-14) from a family member. It was purchased from [redacted]'s. After I opened the box and set the time I noticed that the two additional dials to set the day and seconds did not work. I was neither able to push the buttons inward or pull them out to set the seconds and day. I have emailed the Accutime Watch Corp and have yet to hear back from them. It has been two weeks since I initially contacted them (6-*-14) .Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement product if possible. If that is not possible I would like the watch to be repaired.

Review: I've sent my watch for repair on April [redacted] 2013 and they received on the [redacted]. I've called numerous times and they gave me the same story that its being repaired. My last phone call was on August [redacted]. I've spoke with [redacted] and she said my watch will be shipped to my office that day. I've never received my watch. It's been 5 months and this is why I'm filing a complaint. I will NEVER want to do business with them again.Desired Settlement: $16.50 total. $10.00 for the metal band plus $6.50 I paid shipping and handling for. Don't want an apology just my watch and refund.

Review: About a month and a week ago, I mailed in 2 watches: a superman watch with a blue rubber wrist band and a batman watch with a yellow rubber wrist band with black metal studs in it. I requested to have the bands changed on each as well as a repair to the minute hand of the batman watch (it was stuck somehow keeping the second hand from making its full revolution). In the boxes (which I have kept) there was a warranty paper that said if there was a problem to not return the watch to the store, but send it in for repair. I did. The paper also listed additional options to be done to the watches at a cost by request which included changing the bands of the watches to either leather or metal. Supplying one warranty paper for each with the requested action done, I sent in the two watches. I supplied 4 money orders totaling $23: $6.50 for the return shipping of each watch (which I mailed in together in one package), $4 for the superman watch band to be changed to a leather band and $6 for the batman watch to be changed to a metal band. In both, I supplied the little warranty paper that came with each watch marking them with the requested band change and, for the one designated for the batman watch, the malfunction to be repaired.

Well, I got my watches back 2 weeks ago and the batman watch was repaired. However, neither band was changed and, more to my dismay, the $4 and $6 money orders were not returned either. Additionally, they were shipped back to me in a bubble lined yellow package envelope that I know does not cost $13 to ship two watches in as I mailed them both in a single box for less then $5. The reason I sent in TWO money orders cover the cost of shipping was because I expected them to be individually mailed back as the batman had 2 requests possibly taking longer to complete while the superman watch only had one.

I contacted them about a week after I got the items back via email as their address listed at their [redacted] website which was [redacted] and never received a response. I sent a follow up 24 hours ago and have yet to receive any communication back.Desired Settlement: I am looking for an explanation as to why the bands were not change, the ability to send them back (at no cost to myself) to have the requests completed OR a refund of $16.50 sent to me for the $6, $4 and $6.50 money orders I sent and did not receive the completed request work.
