refunded the cost of the material. Once they were contacted by the Revdex.com they worked with us immediately and we were able to figure everything out.

Review: We ordered some shims through a business called Accutrex Products Inc. When we sent the quote, we referenced a specific part on the quote. We put the Type C and Type D on the quote which they quoted without question. They completely ignored the fact that I wrote Accushim type shim on the quote. [redacted](Sales Associate) quoted the job and we sent them a Purchase order for the Specific Accushim Brand part with a type on the Purchase Order(Type C and Type D). We received the parts on 3/24/14. The parts were not even close to correct. They were square pieces of sheet metal. Not per the specific part we were talking about, as a shim company, they were well aware that they were completely wrong parts. We contacted the company and they refused to allow us to return the parts. The woman on the phone said "You wouldn't walk into a McDonald's and ask for a whopper". She was extremely rude and completely refused to take the parts back.Desired Settlement: We would like for the order to be canceled and not to be billed for the parts. The parts are being sent back to the company that provided it.
