Review: I purchased a pair of defective sunglasses on August 2 that broke within hours of purchase at their location (the company sells primarily via [redacted]) I contacted them within an hour after it broke both through the email address listed on their website as well as the contact form which links me directly to their retail page on [redacted]i received a response to return to the store for a replacement. I returned to the store to find it was closed for the evening; I even returned the following morning at the displayed hours of operation to find it once again closed. I emailed again to inform them that I was only in town for a couple of days and would not be able to return. I received no response. After several days and a 3rd email, I finally received an email response on August 13 stating that they had mistakenly had not yet responded. They explicitly gave instructions to return the sunglasses to their mailing address at the local store in [redacted]. I mailed the sunglasses via [redacted] with Delivery Confirmation stating that the package was delivered. Over 1 month has passed and I have received no replacement, nor have a received any further correspondence or reply. I email two days ago (October 2) and I am still without any response or replacement sunglasses. The business has no telephone number. have passed since my last message to you; I'm still awaiting a response to my inquiry regarding the broken glasses. Ive included below my correspondences with you via [redacted]. I have also contacted [redacted] since I have still not heard from you. Ive included the message I sent to this email as posted on the door-front of your shop when I stopped by to get this issue resolved. Unfortunately, the store was closed despite the hours posted on the door indicating otherwise. To reiterate: I I returned during the hours of operation indicated on the door, and both times the shop was closed. I even emailed the email address posted on the door to ask about availabDesired Settlement: I would like the promised replacement and explanation why my emails have gone completely ignored.
