I ordered a service call with ACE AIR CONDITIONING on April 6th because my AC unit had stopped cooling I told them sales agent the issue, which everything was working, the fan outside, the unit inside but the HVAC unit was not cooling which was signs that it was out of refrigerant and had a leak The sales rep told me it would be $service charge to run a diagnostic to find the problem 8pm the same day the technician had run diagnostic and called me to said the unit has a problem and the compressor won't stay on He also told me they had to go back out in the morning to run more test to find the issue They never showed up on Friday so I called Saturday morning April 8th to get an update on the issue and I was told there was no service ticket for my home and she'll have the service technician to call me I never received a call from anyone, so I called again Monday morning April 10th and was told again their was no service ticket for my home and that they'll have a technician

As a former electrical engineer, I am extremely pleased with the workmanship and professionalism that Daniel from Ace Are has showed

If I could give this company a ZERO star review I wouldWe signed a year maintenance agreement with NO mention of an auto renewWe knew we were moving so we called and said we didn't need another year contractWe were told that was fine and they could just Service our units one more time for 1/of the annual fee we paid the following yearThis was told to us on the phone by a staff person who no longer works there.....should have gotten that in writing!
They serviced the units and hit us with a full year bill that we have been fighting for years now! They agreed to a $settlement and now are taking us to court because they pulled their offerWhy? Because we left them a negative review onlineThey then tried to blackmail us by saying we have to take the review down or go to court and they are no longer honoring their settlement with us
Regarding their service, during the year we had them it was poor at best
- They left debris on the roof
- They forgot to put parts back on the units that my staff and myself had to go fix
- They filled our dumpster with old filters from other job sites after we asked them to take their trash with them - They came out for a service call for which they charged us for and didn't fix the issue
Stay away from this company!

My mother bought an A/C unit from these people two years agoFrom the start things were not done rightTwo days after "completion" the unit stopped
A call was put in on day two, they came out and told me a fuse was badWhy? No answer to why it was not checked before leavingNow this two year old system is failing againI called at about Noon todayIt is now 3pm and nobody has shown, they want $to look at the unit that they put in, and when I said that is unfair to keep hitting me with fee after fee for the unit they put inI called again, and I am told that the service manager will call back in a few minutesThis is the same one who could not give me a reason for selling us a unit with a bad fuse, never returns when promises toI am now sitting in a house that is degrees and rising

My air conditioning was not cooling, I contacted ACE Air Conditioning for service on 5/07/18, they sent a "technician" who suppose to know what he is doingAce charged $ total; $for the visit and $for the Freon, but instead of look for the leak the "technician" put pounds of FreonI called Ace again the first days of May/because before it was not really hot and I did not use the AC, but the secretary told me that I have to pay again $for the visit, I told her that was the same problem when they send the technician in March, but ACE's secretary told me "you have to pay again." I contacted another company and in less than minutes the technician told me that the coil has a big leakThe new company did the repair had to put pounds of FreonToday, I called ACE Air Conditioning to try to talk with Hector Garcia according with the secretary is one of the managers, but he did not get the call and let it go to the voicemail
