Regardless what the customers stated we tried to do everything possible to fix the situation and explained to her that it also states on the receipt "NO REFUNDS"!! When she made her first purchase of $for a Samsung fridge at 7:10pmWhen we delivered it and because she would not allow us to go thru the front door where the fridge would have fit perfectly thru she made him go thru garage where there was a door going into the kitchen that the opening was to small we had to remove the doors to the fridge and the door to the kitchen which we normally charge extra for this but we waived that feeAfter about mins of removing doors my delivery guy went to install fridge he could not plug it in because the area where it was supposed to go the cabinets sizes would allow the fridge to fit enough to plug in fridge she the stated to just leave the fridge as is she would get her husband to deal with itMy delivery guy said ok and proceeded to reinstall the doors which again that took time The next day she came in saying the fridge was leaking and wanted a refund, we then reminded her all sales were final and would can schedule a tech to fix the problem she began to arguing and demanding a different fridge I explained to her that the only way we would swap the fridge is if it was un repairable and that this is why we offer a warranty we would have had someone there that day however she was being very difficult and very verbally abusive to my self and coworker there was a different fridge that she wanted another Samsung for $and wanted to pay the difference.....my co worker was going to take payment for it I stopped the transaction I asked her to calm down and let me speak to the owner first and see what can be done about the situation Spoke to the owner and he agreed to swap the fridge which we don't normally do She came in the very next day to pay for the $fridge then realized it was to big and would not fit she choose another fridge that cost less she we then refunded the difference of $on 3/19/at 1:26pm however she wanted my coworker $because she had given me $cash yesterday at this time I was not at the shop I got a phone call from the shop asking where the $was I was confused I said that she never paid anything in fact I stopped the trans action from happening because I didn't even know if the owner agree to do this she continued to argue back and fourth finally I was on the phone I told them I was on my way but when I got to the shop she leftmins after the second fridge was delivered she called back and started to yell at us and stated the fridge was not working I then called the delivery guy to go back when he arrived she told him "Oh never mind it was our fault its working.....she also told I called them back to let know that way you didn't have to come back" Both myself and co worker were at the shop and the only time she called us to say anything was when she was yelling at us to go back!!! The next day she called again cursing at us the fridge was not working continued to curse......and I don't want to even repeat what she said I told her I would not allow to be verbally abused by her any longer and hung upLater her husband called and he was extremely nice we made an agreement that I will go ahead and refund the money if he himself returned the fridge and because his wife was impossible to deal with we told him that we would no longer speak to his wife and that we would only speak with him conversation ended well.......then the next day she called and again continued to verbal abuse my co worker asked when are we picking up the fridge? I told my co worker to hang up and called her husband! I called the husband and he completely changed his attitude and denied the agreement we made.......in the end we went to pick up the fridge we asked for someone other than the wife to come in to receive the refund and of course she shows up I didn't say anything to her she gave me her card I proceeded to process the refund however I accidently ran the card instead of refunding it when I realized what I did I tried to cancel it out but was to late so I then refunded the amount twice I apologized and explained to her what I had done she began to yell and curse I again apologized and told her I refunded both transactions she then told me that she needed the money now and her bank wont give her money till to five business days, I call the bank explained what happen and if there was anything we can do to speed up the refund they said and it will take to business days I let the customer know what the bank said she began to get hostel we asked her to leave and she would not leave continued to yelling we then had no choice but to call our local police dept SAPD Even after we picked up the fridge we brought it back plugged it in and was working just fine! I have attached photo that shows we clearly refunded her money before she filed a complaint I know why she would submit a claim to Revdex.com after the mater was resolved?? We are writing to respond to the complaint ID [redacted] We sold a washer to [redacted] and before we delivered it the washer was in working condition. We explained the warranty to the customer and showed him that the washer washer working. He called us back and said water... had leaked onto the floor. We repaired the problem. He called back stating he wanted to be compensated for the leak. We explained to him the water waiver and the obligation that he has to check the machine for the 1st couple of days we offered to send someone to clean up the water off the floor, but he stated he had a friend that does that work and he refused our service and said that he was taking us to court. At the time she decided to purchase the appliance but had problems getting the card transaction approved so she left and said she would call later. Later that day she called and purchased the appliances for a total of $that includes sales tax and delivery feesOn 2/13/2016 We delivered the appliances as scheduled. We were unable to connect the dryer vent because birds had nested in the exhaust vent. Customer was advised to call apartment maintenance to clean the vent before connecting the vent for safety reasons [redacted] signed all of our store sales receipt, delivery and maintenance guide receipt, plus our credit card sales receipt as acceptance, approval of the appliance after her inspection and satisfaction. She was very happy and satisfied when we delivered. In our store and on our sales receipt it clearly states "All Sales Final, No refunds given". That is also mentioned to them on delivery along with the fact that their purchase comes with a 1-year warrantee on labor and days on parts. After the days they are responsible for all parts: labor will be covered under the warranty. There is a $trip charge if our technician has to go their home for whatever reasonOn 2/19/ [redacted] attempted to return the appliance for no apparent reason we advised her that "All Sales Final, No refunds given". After that [redacted] started calling us making all kinds of complaints trying everything possible to return the appliances. At all times we offered to send a technician to her home to fix whatever problem she was having considering she had a 1-year warrantee on the appliance. Later on our shopping center security can and told us to remove the appliance that were in the back of the shopping center parking lot. At that time, we went to inspect and picked up the appliances and brought them into our store to avoid getting fined by our landlord and also to protect the appliance. Apparently [redacted] abandoned the appliance in our parking lot. Later that day she came once again wanting us to sign for the appliances since we had brought them in our store. We refused to sign because we do not take returns but we once again offered to review the appliance and fix whatever problem she had with them but she did not want us to check them she did not want them anymore. It appears as if [redacted] found some other deal and she was just trying to get her money back. At present we are still offering [redacted] to come pick up her appliances. We have inspected them and they are as good as new. We can also have them delivered to her home if she chooses. Our store policy is "All Sales Final, No refund given", [redacted] also has her warrantee which we will gladly honor if she finds any problem with her appliancesI remain sincere, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: the appliances were filthy, each and every associate I dealt with the was very unprofessional, I have already involved my lawyer for further legal actions with videos as well as telephone recordings.

On 2/13/2016     We delivered the appliances as scheduled.   We were unable to connect the dryer vent because birds had nested in the exhaust vent.  Customer was advised to call apartment maintenance to clean the vent before connecting the vent for safety reasons.  [redacted] signed all of our store sales receipt, delivery and maintenance guide receipt, plus our credit card sales receipt as acceptance, approval of the appliance after her inspection and satisfaction.  She was very happy and satisfied when we delivered.   In our store and on our sales receipt it clearly states “All Sales Final, No refunds given”.   That is also mentioned to them on delivery along with the fact that their purchase comes with a 1-year warrantee on labor and 60 days on parts.  After the 60 days they are responsible for all parts: labor will be covered under the warranty.  There is a $35.00 trip charge if our technician has to go their home for whatever reason.
