All our appliances come with a to day warranty.We don't do any refunds reason being we give warranty with all our itemsWe tried to fix the problem for the customer & we exchanged washer after problemCustomer should have let us know that the other washer was giving them problemsWe would have gladly given them another oneWe do purchase appliances back but when we have the budget to purchase them & space here at our warehouseWe have no control over appliance problemsWe are sorry we couldn't accommodate your appliance needs

*** brought his stove door in pieces for us to repair. I told him that we do not like doing repairs like that because the risk for something happening is high. After I told him that, he still insisted for us to do the repair. When we finally put the door together I
accidentally broke the glassI called *** immediately after to inform him about the situation. I then called to order a new glass and was given a delivery date. On the day it was supposed to come in, I waited all day for it and it never came. I called the company and they had told me it was on back order. The same day *** comes into my business harassing my employing, yelling that if he does not get his door, he was going to call the cops. I then told *** to come back in another hour and sorry about the inconvenience. He was very angry at this point so he insisted for us the give the door back and he took a glass that did not belong to the door. *** and I agreed that we would go half and half on the price since it was my fault that the glass broke, but I told him specifically that the risks were high from the start. He still walked out of my business without paying a penny

MRS *** *** CAME IN ON 8/03/TO PURCHASE A DISH WASHER AND A GAS DRYER SHE PUT $ DEPOSITE WHICH SHE PAID FOR THE DISH WASHER BUT COULD NOT TAKE DUE TO SHE HAD NOT GOT HER HOUSE YET SO WE HELD HER PAID DISH WASHER FROM 08/03/TILL 11/11/15 THEN A COUPLE OF
DAYS SHE CALLED AND SAID THEY DIDNT NEED THE GAS DRYER I TOLD HER THAT THERE IS NO REFUNDS THAT SHE WOULD HAVE CREDIT SHE SAID OK THEN WE WOULD GO IN AND LOOK AT THE REGULAR DRYERS SHE NEVER CAME TO LOOK I CALLED HER SEVERL TIMES TO SEE WHEN SHE WOULD PICK UP HER DISHWASHER AND SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD BE IN ON THE WEEKEND SHE NEVER CAME UNTIL 11/11/TO PICK UP DISH WASHER AND I TOLD HER THAT SHE HAD CREDIT OF $LEFT IF SHE NEED TO GET SOMTHING ELSE THATS WHEN SHE GOT ALL UPSET IAM SENDING A PICTURE OF THE RECIPTE SHOWHING THAT THERE IS NO REFUNDS AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL

I am rejecting this response because:It took about as long to receive this response as it did for me to get our pieces of the door that weren't broke.But the response of full of lies.1. When I dropped the door off, I asked them if they could repair.  She said they could and never mentioned that they didn't like doing them.  That being the case I would have taken it somewhere else.2. I was told for two weeks the glass was on backorder.  It wasn't till the second month that I picked the door up that I knew nothing had been done.  It was a Saturday and she was nowhere to be found.  I didn't harass anyone, just more ridiculous lies.3. She did tell me to come back in an hour.  She never said the reasoning for this, just to come back in an hour.4. She agreed to go half and half on the glass when I  thought it was the new glass that I had brought in.  It was not until later thatl I realized that it was the main outer glass that had been broken.5. They never put the door together or made an attempt that I could tell.  I guess it was very nice of them not to charge me for breaking the outer glass.6. I have since spoken to a professional repair shop.  They had all the necessary pieces needed to build the door in less than a week.So yes, I am rejecting their response due to ridiculous lies and unprofessional service.

I am rejecting this response because:
The business failed to fix anything. All they have said is basically, "sorry about your luck." This is not indicative of a business who recognizes themselves as selling quality machines. What it boils down to is I was peddled  two faulty machines in a row and I do not want a third. I was never told there were no refunds prior to purchasing the first washing machine and was forced to take the second. I want the company to buy back, for a reasonable offer, with no questions asked, the machine and come and take it away. I do not feel I should take pictures of it and send them in and hope they have time, room, or need for the machine in order to buy back something faulty. Regards,

Review: I called Ace Appliance to come out and repair my Clothes Washer. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. The man who scheduled the appointment never mentioned anything about a diagnosis or min service charge. I asked if he needed the model number and he said no. The service man showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes without any labor. He then told us there was a $125.00 min service charge for the 5 minutes he was there. I was never told this on the phone and the man I talked to on the phone admitted that this has been a problem with customers in the past. I said don't you think you should disclose this up front so there is no miscommuincation and his response was that I didn't ask. I don't have any problem paying for service to fix the unit, and from what I saw, they could have diagnosed the problem over the phone, and brought the part with them to fix if we gave them the model number over the phone. There will be another min service charge to come fix the unit and a charge for two men apparently. Again, none of this was disclosed to me prior to them coming to my home. The man would not leave my home with my wife home alone until he got a check. This must happen very often for him to insist on not leaving without full payment. This fraud to not disclose know minimum charges before dispatching a repairman.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the diagnosis charge as it was not disclosed prior to coming to my home. I had no idea there would be two trips with two minumum charges. By the time they are done it would be cheaper for me to buy a new washer.
