Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:1-the service I received was not done properly and caused me more problems that I never had with my car.2-when I drove in to their lot I did not have a check engine light on my dashboard and when I got my car back I have a check engine light and the car became not drivable.it obvious and doesn't need a page explanation.3- I ended up paying extra money that I didn't have to if Ace Auto repair and tires didn't trigger a check engine light to come on and did the oil change properly.Note: a good business man should argue with his customers and get on the defensive side, instead he should listen and try to address the problem amicably and show good faith.BTW: I am not the only customer complaining about the dishonesty in the service, others have experienced the exact same thing with Ace Auto repair and tires., please see attached review from another customer Sincerely, [redacted]
