First let me apologize that you did not have a satisfactory experience. To address the part issue, we do our best to test all components that are sold. However, in the case of a lighter socket and all other parts that we do not inventory, miscellaneous parts are not always able to be
tested. Often times with those types of electrical parts, the issue is not always the component itself, but more an underlying electrical / wiring issue in the vehicle you are replacing it in. That being said, we do only offer an exchange or in-store credit on all electrical parts sold; that policy is posted in over locations throughout the sales floor as well as on the receipt you received. As for your treatment by our employee, that is not by any means acceptable behavior. I would like to address this with the employee in question, did you get a name or have any additional information for me to narrow this down? We have over people employed by us, I am not sure who this individual was. As to your request for a refund, again we do not offer refunds on electrical parts. However, due to the confrontation you described with one of our employees; if you would let me know your invoice number I will authorize a refund as long as we get the part back with our markings and you have your original invoice

First let me apologize for the misleading information you received in regards to your recent engine
purchasePlease let me assure you that we have zero tolerance for intentionally falsifying vehicle history; it is inexcusable and I am digging into the source of this error
That being said, I have been informed that you had already discussed the situation with our Sales Manager RobHe advises me that you were offered a $refund for the discrepancy, and that you stated you would think about it and get back to usUpon further investigation as to the going rates of this engine, with comparable actual mileage (215,006), Rob's initial offer of $is not far off from the rate difference
engines listed throughout the Midwest > between 135k - 234k mi

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. n addition, I want to make it known that I do not have an electrical/wiring issue as those wires are connected to my other lighter socket that works just fine. I seen the policy only in one place that was on the back board behind the country but could not make everything out as I am visually impaired. I seen on the receipt/invoive after I left the store but by then the purchase had been made.  The employee's name I believe is Don. He is an older white man, maybe in his late 50s/early 60s. He's about 6'2 and has sandy blonde hair and was wearing a hat.  I do have the receipt, invoice, and part still in tact as it was given to me. The invoice number is [redacted]. Please let me know a good time you're in the office so I can bring the part, invoice, and receipt back. I work 10-7 or 8:30-5 weekdays so it will have to be before or after. And the name of the person I am to ask for when I come to return it. Thank you.
