does not allow for damage to this portion of the vehicle during any portion of its acquisition as we pick up the vehicle either from the front or back depending on the drivetrain of the vehicle. As for your experience with our staff, a complaint could've been filed while you were on site with myself as the general manager of the location. I apologize if you feel you were not treated with the utmost respect and care, and although we are unaccustomed even in an industry where this is unfortunately common, to receiving complaints regarding our customer service I again extend a sincere apology and am open to any suggestions you may have.
