Review: I have product of sales issue as well as refund issues I purchased car parts from this company which had been advertised on craigslist the parts stated for sale on a 2004 Saturn ion . so I contacted one of the sale associates at that time I scheduled a time to meet.mind you , I am traveling 3 hours away fr=or the Bakersfield area. to pick up these parts . so I show up bought the parts had one of the Manichean put the hood on since I wouldn't be traveling with it . I noticed at the time he put the hood on that I fit a little small with the concerns that I had he again assured me that it would be a perfect fit I paid the worker 350.00 and left home . the next morning as I paid to have someone put the parts on for me we noticed that the parts did in fact not fit and the vehicle advertised was false. year and body . I called the company to let them know and was hung up I then called back from another number and spoke to another sales person to let them know I need my hood that was paid for back. and I would also like a refund on the body parts purchased. the next day as I drove again another 3 hours to Fullerton to pick up my original hood. when the exchange was complete before I left I asked the same guy that I originally paid for the parts . if he can refund me at least for the hood since I paid for it and now returned it his parts. he looked at me studied and started to argue about not paying my back for parts I couldn't useDesired Settlement: my desired settlement dispute could be resolved for a full refund of the money owed plus the money I paid in gas both trips back and forth400.00 I would like to settle this out of court but will take the time out of my day to file a claim if the matter is not resolved the trip was a total of 360 miles for each trip total of 720 miles thank you [redacted]
