Review: Two years ago, [redacted] of Ace Auot Sales installed a tow hitch on my VW Jetta. The lights have NEVER worked. At first, [redacted] was apologetic and said he would fix it. In the meantime, he moved to [redacted]. My wife brought the car back to him several times at his old shop. Each time he said he does not have the right parts. I brought the car to him at least once at his new shop on Willard Road and my wife has brought it at least twice to the new shop. He says he felt so bad about the hitch not working that he would come to us in Stamford! TWICE, I took my wife's car to work in the Bronx, so she could have my car. TWICE [redacted] failed to show up at the appointed time and place. I am fed up. I have not been able to use the hitch for 2 years now. I want my money back so I can take my car to a reputable shop and get a hitch installed that has working lights.

thank you for the letter to this problem!On 6-12-2013 I completed the job at hand for [redacted] at his home!I have been very busy and wasnt able to come down to his home earlier but finally got away to solve his problem!I hope he ie satisfied with the outcome thanks again!ACE AUTO!
