We have called [redacted] on several occasions and spoke with her about her payments!! we gave her many chances to pay!! if anyone is late on their payments we make sure we call them and remind them!! Every time we tried to do automatic payment the card was declined!! In Jan she called and asked if we could take the payment out at a certain date because she was not going to have the funds in there! we said ok and told her to call on the day that it would be available! we let her know that it was going to be a late fee of $50!! Mrs [redacted] has been late on every payment!! In Feb we tried to call Mrs [redacted] on several occasions but she will not pick up her phone or call us back! Its not our fault if she doesnt have the funds to pay her bill!! This is a business and like everywhere else you have to keep up with your bills!! Im sorry that they are struggling but like I said this is a business! we all have responsibilities and children to take care of! Now she is upset because we had to repo her vehicle! We even told her she could come pick it up and make a payment but she said she had kids and is pregnant and did not want to catch the bus from Mililani!

had a repo bill since JulyWe asked her for the repair bills which she never brought in, we asked her to bring the car in for repairs which she did not doShe currently owes $2,as she has only made one payment toward the carIf she can provide proof and receipts for head gasket repair I will take all parts and labor off her bill
Business did state that consumer must come in today to discuss or car will be repossessed and the balance owed sought after through legal channels

When the customer called us about her car braking downWe offered the customer bring the car to our repair shop to check it without a diagnostic chargeafter the car was towed to Ace Auto repair on March 24, we opened the engine and found the cylinder blocks, the pistons, the intake valves and exhaust valves all burned and scratched
The engine was not able to startThis damage was caused by the car being driven long distance under over heating conditionsAfter we talked to customer, we agreed split the repair cost $eachWhen the engine was fixed, Ace Auto voluntarily changed new radiator, new thermostat, new temperature sensor and new battery for customer safety without extra charge to the customerTotal bill came out $2392.07, customer paid $as agreed, Ace Auto sales paid $Ace auto accommodated you as much as we couldThank you

This company is closed.  If she can get me a receipt from them and what kind of vehicle it is, I will see about getting her a new fuel pump.  No receipt was included with complaint letter.
