Mr Tony treated a home for bed bugs and roaches at [redacted] ***on 3/17.Mr .Tony charged $to treat home .a Month later home is still has bed bugs and roaches through out Home .On contract he stated he treated every room and furniture.He never even treated flooring or carpeting .I told him today he need to go back out to treat home again .Mr Tony refused to go back out ant treat again or refund money paid in full to his company $He left message stating he owes nothing ..Its poor business practice to take a customer money and not resolve problem or warranty.I told him he has a contract and needs to finish.He refused to finish treatments or refund money's paid to his company.Desired Outcome:Finish job or refund $paid to his company

Company responded via phone:The company had done two previous jobs for the consumerOnce for $and the second for $ The consumer wrote checks for these jobs The sales tax for these two jobs were paid by the company When the consumer contacted the company for the bed bug and roach job, the company showed the amount of sales tax on his receipt The company stated the consumer became upset because he was not charged sales tax on the other two jobs The company told the consumer everyone pays sales tax and the company paid the sales tax for the consumer for the first two jobs as a courtesy because he was a new customerCompany also stated they have paid their taxes on every job that is done The company also stated the consumer did not want to pay the second and third treatments and wanted them included in the initial exterminating costs even though it is stated on the receipt that the cost for the additional treatments is $ The company stated he no longer wants to do work for the consumer
