Review: I bailed a friend out using this company on 9/6/13. After the case was closed I called to find out what I needed to do. They told me to mail in the receipt and wait 60-90 days to get the check. I did this 01/18/14. I called the following week to make sure it arrived but I never received a call back. I did this every week with the same results. I filed a complaint and did receive a call on April 4th saying my check was being processed that day and would be mailed the next week. It never arrived. I called several times April 11 to find out what was going on. Never got a call back. I finally was able to talk to a manager April 11th and was told I would get my check next week. It never arrived. After several more phone calls and another formal complaint I still have received no answer as to where my money is or when I will get it back.Desired Settlement: To receive my check immediately. I need to know the exact day it will be delivered to my house. It has been well over 90 days.

Review: On October 3,2014 I wired from from bank [redacted] the sum of $6,000 for Ace Bail Bonds to bail [redacted] out of jail. I was given the run around by the company as to why he was not bailed out. I spoke to Tiandra G[redacted] and the owner Vince on numerous occasions. I asked for my money back and was emailed a form which I faxed back to Ace. I called Tiandra and she verified that she did in fact receive the premium request form back. I went to my bank after trying to get the Owner on the phone and they called the wire transfer back. Within an hour I received a call from Vince stating that his bank contacted him and they were indeed sending back my money. I also spoke with the [redacted] Township Police Department and a Detective from [redacted] county who informed me that I wasn't the only person this company was doing this to. I spoke with Tiandra on numerous occasions again and she told me that they may be able to still post bail for [redacted]. When I spoke to her on November 3,2014 she informed me that they could not post [redacted]'s bail and she was sorry. I told her again that I wanted my money back. She gave me a number to Ace's bank and told me to call them because they would handle it. I called and the bank would not speak to me as I wasn't the account holder. Within an hour I received a call from my bank informing me that the wire was not being returned because Ace's bank could not get in touch with the owner Vince to authorize the return.Desired Settlement: I want my $6,000 sent back to my bank thru a wire transfer so that my money is readily available to me.

Review: I sent them $750.00 to bail someone out of jail. Additional charges against the person made bailing them out not possible. I asked for a refund 4 different times and was told that they could not help me and that the agent that was representing me would have to call me back. One time I was told that if I did receive a refund, it would take at least 30 daysDesired Settlement: A refund of my $750.00, now. Not at some date in the future
