The next time we had contact with customer was when he called on 11/**/2015 to complain about monthly statement fees being withdrawn. We explained to customer that we never received his signed service closure form and that his rental terminal [redacted] was never returned which meant his account with us was still open. We agreed to waive early termination fee of $550 but informed that statement fees cannot be refunded because terminal was never returned and signed closure form was not received. Serv ice closure form was finally sent to us on 11/**/2015 and this customer's account is closed as of 12/*/2015. However, customer made stop payment in time for November 2015's statement fee which we already informed him that this charge would be applicable. Now customer has collection amount of $111.24 with us. He will be responsible for all payments listed in the letter we sent to him and for terminal return

Review: My contact with the bank card processing merchant expired in 2012. No agent of their company has contacted me about an extension of the original contract, and no agreement to extend the contact had been made by myself. The processing company is trying to claim that the contact "automatically renews" every year, but there is no language in the contact to support that claim. I informed the company that I no longer wished to business with them, they responded with various "early termination fees", that I dispute. Those free are only applicable if I had canceled my current contract period to the term of the contact. The company can provide no signed contract after July 2012, when my contact expired, nor can they provide any language in the previous contract that states there is an automatic 1 year extension after the original term with my signature on it. They are threatening legal action against me, to include collection fees, court costs and attorneys fees. Additionally they are threatening to report me to national credit reporting agencies in an attempt to ruin my credit rating.Desired Settlement: Cancel any and all fraudulent claims of fees owed to Ace bankcard services from myself. Cease and desist harassing letters and phone calls.

Review: I continued to use Ace Bankcard Services since relocating businesses. I have used Ace Bankcard Services since 07/2012 and have been satisfied with their services (even though their rates and points may be higher than other competitors) up until the closure of my business this year in **/2014. I had 3 accounts with them, 2 authorize.net accounts and a pc charge account. Upon closure of my business, I called, emailed, and texted to inform them that I will be closing my business. They informed me that I would have to pay a $850.00 early termination fee for the PC charge service (3 year agreement - that my merchant rep did not disclose) and early termination fees ($250/account) on the 2 authorize.net accounts (which my representative explained that my merchant agreement will be month to month without any early termination fees when I first signed on with Ace bankcard services). I was surprised and did not expect to pay about $1300 in cancellation fees as I was informed that my merchant agreement would be month to month without any termination fees.

Oct. **, 2014 11:18AM EST - Ace Bankcard Representative: "I will close both account on December or January. Because I need to get application penalty waive from my company. I will send check whatever minimum fees comes out. Plz let me know if it's ok. Thank you."

Oct. **, 2014 11:25AM EST - Ace Bankcard Representative: "You merchant October statement fee will be collect on Nov *. If you close your bank account then it will be bounced. Let me know ty."

If you did then I cannot ask my company to waive application penalty on both account. Because they don't give waive application penalty on bounced account. Then I cannot take care of your application penalty. Ty"

That means I will have to hold onto bank account balances that I will not be able to use so that I will not accrue bank fee penalties. It's a very big inconvenience to me.... This must be taken care of no later than October **."

Oct. **, 2014 12:04PM EST - Ace Bankcard Representative: "I cannot take care any application penalty on both account. I just checked my agent responsibility letter and your both account was not on list. Yes, your xxxxxxx store has that so I age you all waive on penalty on xxxx store."

I've sent emails, text messages, and calls to receive status updates or confirmations and none were returned.

Review: I HAVE CLOSED THE ACCOUNT WITH THIS COMPANY SINCE I SOLD THE BUSINESS 9 MONTHS AGO. THE SALESPERSON WHO SIGNED ME UP ALSO CLOSED THE ACCOUNT. SIGNED TERMINATION PAPER AND ALL, THE SALESPERSON TOOK IT TELLING ME ALL WAS CLOSED. BUT THEY KEPT WITHDRAWING MONEY MONTHLY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT SAYING THE CLOSURE WAS NEVER MADE. I'VE CALLED THEM TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT AND FOR REFUND FOR UNINCURRED SERVICES, BUT THEY ALWAYS TELL ME THAT THEY NEED TO CALL ME BACK BUT THEY NEVER , YET, CALL ME BACK TO TALK ABOUT OR TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT.
