gentleman that does the drafting work and mock-ups for the design of the bindings was out on medical leave and we got behind on building a draft and finalizing your order. I want to show action behind my words of apology and would like to offer to bind your Bible at our company's cost (we will even cover the return shipping and handling charges). We do have your Bible safe in shop, and if you wish to have it sent back without our working on it we will do so. We will send it back at no cost to you for the return shipping and handling and will reimburse you for the shipping charges that you incurred to ship the Bible to us. I thank you for your understanding and again want you to know my heartfelt apology for not meeting your expectations. If I can remedy your complaint in another way, please let me know, and I will happily do so.

I would like to add that I have never been treated with such courtesy and kindness as I was by [redacted] went way above and beyond my wildest expectations in his desire to provide a solution. He also showed me how a true Christian businessman responds to criticism. His example has caused a turning point in my own life and thinking.
