Good morning,I have nothing further to say, other than we had a reservation for her and she did not show up and we charged her a Guarantee No Show reservationThe reservations, changes and cancellations were not made directly at the hotelEvery best western is individually owned and operatedUnfortunately I can not do anything further for this guest.Regards, [redacted] General Manager

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I made a 2 night reservation. The girl said she had to put them in the computer individually due to method of payment. I was given 1 reservation #: [redacted]. I called about 2hrs later and told the clerk I needed to cancel my reservation. She did not ask which night, or which reservation. She simply told me the reservation had been cancelled. I do not understand how this was 2 reservations. In that case I should have been given 2 confirmation #'s & asked which I wanted to cancel. None of that happened. Obviously either the one who made the reservation or the one who cancelled it made a mistake. I should not be charged for their employees error.

Good afternoon,Ms. [redacted] has called Best Western Corporate office and she was informed that she had 2 reservation for January 31, 2016 for 1 night and one of those reservations was cancelled. In addition to those 2 reservations she had a reservation for February 1, 2016 for 1 night and since no one...
cancelled this reservation or showed up for it was billed as a Guarantee No Show which is a common practice in the hotel industry when a guest doesn't cancel and we hold a room for them. There is nothing else we can do for here. We have not done anything illegal.Regards,[redacted]General Manager
