At this time, I have been contacted directly by AmTrust Financial Group regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Claim one - cat pee: Three different people there told me a cleaning kit had been shipped for this claim, weeks later I still have not received it I contacted them again to let them know I have not received it and they said it has been shipped I still have not received it.Claims two and three - footrests do not stay up on both recliners Engineer finally came out on Monday and confirmed he could do nothing, that new parts are needed and that AmTrust will be contacting me the following day, still nothing, still broken.Claim four - tear in back of sofa - this was fixed on when the engineer finally came! The machine was deemed irreparable - I have recorded conversation with tech on 8/**Another recorded conversation with Dan from Texas opening refund ticket ***-confirming it was deemed irreparable on 6/** and apologizing for all the extra calls and visits promising call and check by 9/**Also conversation with Desmond H*** occurring 7/**-8/* was not about a repair - it was regarding if machine was leaking after the attempts to repair and technician confirmed it is - I have copy of his work orderAt his point repair is not possible and after not hearing back and having a machine that could not be used from 8/** thru 9/** (9/** is when we where contacted for another repair) we needed to go ahead and get new machineThe machine was mostly not working for months or repairs and was diagnosed again in 8/** with same issues repaired previouslyThere is an obligation under warranty to not only make attempts to repair but actually repair and have a functioning machine.

This claim was received on August **, and we attempted initial contact with our insured, *** *** on August **, 2017. On August **, 2017, we were able to communicate with *** ***'s attorney to conduct our investigation and gather the needed documentation. We have since
