Review: Ace Cash Express located at 3583 N. Patterson in Winston Salem, NC 27105 ###-###-#### cashed a $200.00 money order on 04/26/13 at 1:22:51 pm for a customer unknown to the purchaser. The money order was not reported as stolen until 05/03/13 due to the fact that awareness of the theft was not realized until the intended receiver advised they never received the money order. The money order was mailed from Charlotte, NC on 04/24/13 to a party in Winston Salem, NC other than the person that actually cashed the money order. Ace Cash Express is failing to accept responsibility for the stolen money order by claiming the money order was blank, although they are unable to provide a photocopy of the alleged blank money order. My attempt to resolve this issue with Ace Cash Express was to no avail. The associate was rude, disrespectful and accusatory in her attempt to place the blame on me (the victim).Desired Settlement: I will like a $200.00 refund from Ace Cash Express which is the face value of the money order that was stolen and cashed.
