ACE Collision & Body Shop

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:our initial terms and agreement were and are not fulfilledI have witnesses and before and after photos, messages, and recordings that not only support my claim but also why I believe I am entitled to a partial refund of dollars to help pay a competent auto body shop to repair my vehicleTheir is red spray paint on thy he black linex pain painted before my experience with [redacted] and general manager [redacted] , they too commented on a poor job Aces collision performed and to make matters worse, when I attempted to reason mr[redacted] responded with "sue me." I do not understand why we cannot work together as two professionals in commerceIn a haste, I paid [redacted] too much to soon fully believing I would recieve a show room type paint job as he describedYet I had to point out they forgot paint an entire side of the insideThey spray painted over dirtIn short, the prep was substandardI am willing to post pics online to protect consumers from such misery and bully organizations that prey on Service MembersThey got most of the money, ihave to pay for another paint job and the response I get is "sue me." Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I was not quoted 4500, I was wuoted with body repair and paint..without jams && for body repair and paint with jams.I paid the and it was a deal.Yes I took my car back for a quoted after hitting a pole and was told I would be taken care of due to the problems of the paint I was having at that moment.And as far as me going off on the ownertrue, but it was after the fact that when I came to get a written agreement and to speak with him, he didn't handle business properlyBefore I could even get all the way to him to talk and discuss plan of action...he instantly tild me he wasn't doing my carmonths after having my car.Bottom line, the shop is very unprofessional, doesn't have trained staff, no body working in the shop is certified, and are money hungry people Regards, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because:I was not quoted 4500, I was wuoted 1500 with body repair and paint..without jams && 1800 for body repair and paint with jams.I paid the 1800 and it was a deal.Yes I took my car back for a quoted after hitting a pole and was told I would be taken care of due to the problems of the paint I was having at that moment.And as far as me going off on the owner... true, but it was after the fact that when I came to get a written agreement and to speak with him, he didn't handle business properly. This Customer came to my shop and was given an estimate $4,500 to paint her civic paint. She did not want to pay that and decided to go with sanding and painting. This did not include door jams, hood or trunk. We went the extra mile and painted the door jams and trunk. The original price was to...

strip the paint due to the car being painted before and had a lot of layers of paint on it. She was told to do the job right this needed to happen. She decide to go with sand and paint the car. We gave her a price of $2,800. to get all the body work and sand and paint. This customer had two accidents and came back with the car. We had some paint left from the paint job so we fixed it twice FREE OF CHARGE for her. The car after a year the paint was coming up. We explain that it was the old paint and she was told this. She made a deal with my general manager and they reached an agreement that he was going to repaint the car if she brought the paint. I was at no time included in this conversation of this agreement.  He was to do this on his own time and not on business hours. I was not willing to spend a dime more on this car. Especially when she was told about the old paint and needing to strip it. This customer came to my shop yelling, screaming and making a disturbance while customer where at my shop. She went in my shop knocked a toolbox and hit a customers car. She threated me " a butch of (n) word was coming to my shop to handle me. I was done at this time! She called the police and was served with an illegal trespassing and a order not to set foot in any of my shops or she will go to jail. She was told to take her car as it was and was put out by us for her to take her car. I want nothing to do with this person and if she wants to take legal action she is more than welcome to. We have a lawyer and will also counter sue for the damages to our customers car and damages. I'm active military and will do anything to make my customers happy. The fact of the matter is that some people regardless what we do will never be happy and will try to take our kindness for weakness.
