free lance computer "techs" operate this way.[redacted]
Review: In May, 2015, I hired [redacted], doing business as Ace Computer Tech, to move all of my files from an [redacted] computer to my new ** computer. He moved some of the files, failed to move some of the files, but disatrously, lost some important files. Further, he created a series of new problems which he refused to correct. His price for this inept performance was $625. Now I am paying a new tech to correct his mistakes and failures to perform,Desired Settlement: The only possible resolution is a substantial refund since I am now paying a new tech person to repair the problems caused by [redacted], and the refund would help pay the expenses involved in the repairs.
