How do use Ace construction many times on several projects some big some small I really appreciate the service they provide and I believe their prices are fair I just like knowing that when I call Frank he gets the job done and make sure I?m happy with the quality of work I really don?t know if there?s anything about a home that Frank does not know LOL
Ace Construction was great to work with. They approached our remodel with a fresh perspective and reasonable budget. Work was completed on task, in schedule and on budget. Most of the work was completed by Frank & Austin (Ace owner & employee) but for any work that was assigned to a third party, we were informed of who it would be, what to expect, and to contact Frank if any issues (which we had none). All the subcontractors were very nice and friendly to work with as well.
Ace construction remodeled my 1970s lake home and it is gorgeous. It?s completely updated with current trends and feels like a brand new and fresh home on the water. It?s a standout on the lake. I couldn?t be more pleased with the work Ace construction did on this challenging remodel .

Great company Frank and Austin made us very happy with our project we especially like their detailed billing and Direct approach to our project we were especially surprised at how many trades they actually did in-house on the project vs sub out to others very good at what they do. Frank is an 18 year army veteran in the reserves and takes a very direct approach to projects. Good company we will use recommend them in the future!
Had a great experience with Ace construction very direct and to the point which is what I need when I?m spending my money with a company They did everything they said they were going to do and maintained the timeframe that was discussed upfront
Stay very far away from Frank M. His team did an awful job with one of our properties in 2017 and left it completely undone and the buyer is furious. He is incredibly inept to work in any construction field and will never survive with these sort of practices.
In response to Mr. poor review of our company below we would like to issue the following statement:
Mr. was in the process of selling a home that needed several repairs in order to complete the transaction. We were hired to complete the repairs notated on the home inspection report. Once we began our work we discovered the home was in need of far greater repair than Mr. or even the home inspector was aware of. We tried to bring this to his attention that as a safety and quality issue, more repairs were needed. He did not want to meet or address the issues and was solely focused on fixing the bare minimum in order to get the home sold. Upon completion of our work, his own inspector checked our work, signed off on it, and we were paid in full. We are both surprised and disappointed that Mr. is unsatisfied with our work now after the fact as this is not a typical experience we have with our clients.
