I apologize for the delay in responding, we are currently working with the bank to resolve this matterWe have record of sending a check to payoff the vehicle and the bank lost the checkI will update when the matter is resolved

I am rejecting this response because: the company's response states that they were unaware of my health condition That is not true I informed both the first employee that I spoke to and the manager that I could not ride in the Camry for health reasonsAfter advising the manager of this he still stated he would not honor the agreement

We regret Mr*** dissatisfaction with his recent purchaseMr***'s claim is not valid due to the document he signed that disclosed the damage to him on the Carfax reportHe also has a copy of the document he signedIf he is not happy with the vehicle he purchased we can assist him in
making other arrangements but to accuse of us of non-disclosure when he has a copy is an invalid charge is not proper.*** ***

Castle Credit provided the financing for the installation of a *** Water Treatment System for Marquisha *** and Orenthiem ***The contract and all supporting documents were dated October 30, and all were signed by both customersThe contract was verified by phone with Orenthiem ***
on November 17, The contract stated that financing would be in the amount of $4,600.00, with APR of 13.99%, with minimum monthly payments of $and the first payment scheduled for November 30, All terms were agreed to during the verification callAs an accommodation, we rescheduled the first payment to December 30, The first payment was received on January 2, and the next payment is due on January 25, The account is currentMarquisha *** called in on January 18, 2018, requesting a copy of the contract, which was immediately emailed to herIf the customers have any additional concerns, they are welcome to contact us directly

I am rejecting this response because ;this vehicle never made it home it was towed back to the dealership four times . All your telling me in your response is look forward to ripping off the hard working people that buy cars from you.You should be disgusted at how I was treated instead you say no warranties ;well let the people know when you spend money at arlinghton toyota you take the chance at being ripped off . Maybe you should be honest about ripping people off come on out let me and everyone else know that it’s about profits not people.Wish you the best with that position.

I am rejecting this response because: They still have not addressed the issue of why I was sold a 7yr 100k mile platinum extended warranty when they clearly knew I was only gonna be covered for 3 additional mths after the 1yr certified Toyota warranty already received by purchasing the truck  I also have a 7yr 100K mike limited power train warranty so never should of been offered the addt coverage. The repairs that they have offered to fix and pay for are all issues that would be covered if I had a valid ext warranty protection plan which I purchased .

Mr. [redacted] purchased the Toyota Tundra at Coggin Toyota and had aftermarket added by a third party. We did service the vehicle but are not familiar with the aftermarket additions. We suggest he return...

I am rejecting this response because:
Good Afternoon [redacted],The reason I am expecting a refund is because I was lied to about the fuel injector being broken as well as the knock sensor being broken.I originally took my truck into rpm for diagnosis which they let me know my truck fuel injector wasn't working properly and that it should be covered under warranty which is the reason I took it to your location. Once I got there I asked [redacted] if they could do a full diagnostic of what was wrong with my vehicle which he let me know the fee would disapere if I got it fixed. I left him my rpm paper work becuas I figured that would help him diagnose the vehicle, apparently this was a mistake since it seems no diagnostic was ever done. What I think is really funny is that I have 2 different stories know on how my fuel injector cable was broken, [redacted] told me the mechanic broke it and now you are telling me the mechanic found it broke. I would assume in a diagnostic you would find the cable broke.  It's seems like everytime I call over there I get a different story from your service team, I do suggest that when they lie to the next customer they all get on the same page to reduce the amount of confusion.And I still expect a refundRegards,

Tell us why here... I am responding to case no. [redacted]. Our Account [redacted]. On 10/01/13, Castle Credit provided the financing to enable Ms. [redacted] to purchase a water filtration system from [redacted] NC.  On 10/11/16, Ms. [redacted] called stating...

that her credit card statement indicated that she had been charged a cash advance fee of $10.00 in addition to her October payment of $250.00.  The determination of whether a credit card payment is considered to be a cash advance is made by the individual card issuer rather than Castle Credit. Unfortunately, some card issuers choose to interpret the repayment of loan balances as cash advances and this interpretation can change from one payment to the next. It is important for Ms. [redacted] to know that we have charged this same credit card number since December, 2015. She may have received a new card but, the account number and payment were charged in exactly the same manner. We appreciate Ms. [redacted] for her perfect payment history and even though we did not charge or receive any additional fee we have credited Ms. [redacted] account for the $10.00 fee charged by her credit card company as a gesture of goodwill. Ms. [redacted] may be able to prevent a similar occurrence in the future by calling her credit card company.   Sincerely,[redacted]Resolution Specialist
