Ace Contracting Services

Review: Ace was contracted to repair septic leak in May 2013. Service was performed but septic pump malfunctioned. Pump was replaced Oct 01, 2013 at an additional cost. Now it is Oct. 17, the pump does not appear to be functioning properly. Ace was contacted Wed. Oct 16, 17 several times throughout the day. Not returning calls or answering phone. I have paid them over $7,000.00 and still the septic is leaking. I need this problem fixed ASAP. It is an environmental issue.Desired Settlement: I wish this problem to be resolved as soon as possible. They need to check the pump to see why it is not working properly.
