Spoke to customer and we discussed the scope of work at the job site and Mr [redacted] is satisfied with his refund and understands the circumstances

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below This is possibly the worst customer service I have seen a company provide As shown in the messages that this company is using to justify their actions You can see several hours gap after there scheduled appointments with us and then they didn't even respond to multiple text messages What those messages do not show are the dozens of phones calls that we made over the course of this issue.Yes, it is true we found another company to assist us with fixing our A/C We will be using that company for all of our future needs Not only did they show up on time for their appointment they also charged us a fair price of $ Almost a quarter of what this fraudulent organization is trying to gouge from consumers. Also, I never dealt with this Manager that is responding to my complaint Out of the four or five people that I called several times he was not one of them If he is a manager I am curious where he was during this very unpleasant process Not surprising that he was no where to be found as the employees are doing as they wish and charging as they feel.I stand by my previous statement I am also curious why this company took a month to respond to my claim, of course I went to another company to fix my A/C This is one of the worst companies out there and they are being seriously misrepresented with an A Revdex.com rating Please consider downgrading them to warn other future customers I will do my best to warn others of my experience Truly unprofessional Regards, [redacted]

First of all we strive to maintain the best customer service with our customersPlease see enclosed copies of texts that we were in communication with the customer and their time line of dates is not correct as well as their statement that we did not communicate with themMyself *** ***
answers the phones at night and I never hung up on this customerThe customer called us at 11pm at night asking when the parts will be in and I told them I would have the technician call them the next dayThe delay in the parts was from the supply house and we kept in communication with the customer and finally when the parts were going to be delivered on the morning of the 10th of August and the client knew that - they cancelled the call the night of the 9th of August and said they already got the job completedif they cancelled the job with us and said they got it completed why in the complaint does the customer state they hope we show up on the 10th when they cancelled with us the night before? We want to satisfy the customer and after all is said is done with the dates and times of communication that had happened - if the client has not had the unit properly fixed as they did state in their text on August 9th that they did have it fixed (see enclosed text) we would be more than happy to honor our original contract and perform the services for $as this is what the customer would like as a resolutionWe are just confused that if the AC got repaired on August 9th and the customer states in his complaint he wants us to honor the contract to do the work - we are not sure what the situation is here.In conclusion if the customer still needs assistance we would be more than happy to honor our original contract and of course our A rating with the Revdex.com. This is possibly the worst customer service I have seen a company provide.  As shown in the messages that this company is using to justify their actions.  You can see several hours gap after there scheduled appointments with us and then they didn't even respond to multiple text messages.  What those messages do not show are the dozens of phones calls that we made over the course of this issue.Yes, it is true we found another company to assist us with fixing our A/C.  We will be using that company for all of our future needs.  Not only did they show up on time for their appointment they also charged us a fair price of $250.  Almost a quarter of what this fraudulent organization is trying to gouge from consumers. Also, I never dealt with this Manager that is responding to my complaint.  Out of the four or five people that I called several times he was not one of them.  If he is a manager I am curious where he was during this very unpleasant process.  Not surprising that he was no where to be found as the employees are doing as they wish and charging as they feel.I stand by my previous statement.  I am also curious why this company took a month to respond to my claim, of course I went to another company to fix my A/C.  This is one of the worst companies out there and they are being seriously misrepresented with an A Revdex.com rating.  Please consider downgrading them to warn other future customers.  I will do my best to warn others of my experience.  Truly unprofessional.

Ace Flood and Restoration preformed water mitigation services at the [redacted] residence located at [redacted] on February 16th 2016. The flood was a category 3(a toilet backup and requires the removal of the vanity as it is a total loss) from the unit next door and...

traveled through the common wall into [redacted] bathroom, closet, under stairs and living room (please see attached photos of water damage). Upon arrival to residence homeowner [redacted] had begun to remove bathroom vanity, base boards and flooring behind bathroom vanity (see attached photos of initial moisture readings and equipment placement). Ace flood has tried on several occasions to collect payment for dry out services performed. Ace Floods Office Manager went to [redacted] on first occasion and adjusted price of scope in an attempt to resolve this situation. At the first visit nothing was mention in regards to the bathroom cabinet. Ace Flood removed the cabinet during initial dry-out on to patio for adjuster to see as it was contaminated. [redacted] placed contaminated cabinet back in residence into living room. A few weeks later we were contacted by [redacted] to try to adjust our scope again. Our Office Manager made a second visit to [redacted] residence when they proceeded to tell her Ace Flood caused damage to bathroom vanity and asked us to take 239.00 of adjusted scope for cabinet. Ace Flood could not come to an agreement with homeowner as we are not responsible for a cabinet that is damaged in a category 3 flood also cabinet had previous damage prior to flood (please see attached picture of vanity and previous damage and text messages between [redacted] and Ace office manager) [redacted] Mother in-law became very hostile with Ace Flood Office manager so she left in concern of her safety. Ace Office Manager did reach out to adjuster [redacted] from [redacted] insurance in regards to non- payment from [redacted]. Adjuster [redacted] let Ace Flood know homeowner had a low policy limit and it was not going to cover all the damages caused by flood (please see attached email from [redacted]).   [redacted]Tortorelli-Christman Inc.DBA Ace Flood and Restoration
