We are extremely upset to hear that we have a customer unhappy with our service Ace Cutting tries especially hard with each customer to make right if there is ever an issue In this situation we have tried to work with ***, willing to accept this saw back and replace with a new saw
We are also offering to accept this saw back with a 25% restocking fee as stated on our invoice and website However the customer insists that we should give a full refund including the shipping cost (we shipped the new saw to them for free.) We do not understand where the "day money back guarantee" is coming from since we do not display this on our website, we have our return policy clearly shown with a link from our homepage Ace Cutting has been in business for the past years and never have we received a complaint with our service We are a full stocking and servicing store that will stand behind our products 100%
