Response:On 4/7/yes we did install for customer *** *** in LathropShe called me about 4:pm and told me that the techs forgot to put the cover back on in the closet and that her clothes had debris on themWhen our techs first did a walk on 2/1/everything was discussed with
Mrs*** and her daughter about the drilling of holes to put the lines through the homeThey approved everything and we proceeded with the next steps which is ordering products and scheduling a date for installThis customer had more than enough time from the walk date 2/1/to install date of 4/7/to prepare and cover her clothing and anything else in the closet She was informed on 2/1/that they would have to enter the atticAfter she called and made a complaint I scheduled the techs to go back and put the closet lid back on 4/10/but Mrs***'s daughter canceled and rescheduled for 4/12/When my technicians arrived to the home of the customer they were greeted by Mrs***'s daughter and told her they came to address any issues that her mother hadVery abruptly they were interrupted by a hostile Mrs*** who approached my technician got into his face threatened him and started yelling accusationsMy technician did what any responsible person would do and left before the situation escalatedWe do not allow our technicians to stay or involve themselves in any hostile or unsafe environmentMrs*** could not control her temper or verbal threatsWe never at any time refused to fix or service Mrs***'s homeWe would be more than happy to address any issues she wants resolved in her home with her daughter present and Mrs*** away from the premisesI can not put my technicians in harms way to address any issuesAs far as the ADT, Roku and baby monitor my technicians never at any time touched any of these items because they have nothing to do with our installation processThank you, *** *** Office Manager ISpyVision *** ***.com

I am rejecting this response because: even though they came back to try and fix things, the job is still poorly done but I wanted them out of my home as quickly as possible.  I don't believe this company has the ability to complete this job professionally...Thanks for your help.  I will have to search for another security company to make the adjustments correctly and professionally. For now I and my disabled veteran husband will take a break from trying to accomplish needs in our home.  I don't think competent service providers exist any longer.  Take the money and run...seems to be today's motto...
