I was unable to reply on the screen where I rejected the ACE response so I'm replying here I normally put out the trash every other week because I usually don't have enough trash to put out weekly even though I pay for weekly pick up It makes no sense to put out an empty container But when I do put it out on the appointed day it should be picked up...and far too often it isn'tI called ACE on March 21st at 4:pm and notified them of the missed pickup I was told the supervisor would be notified and they would call me back, No response On the 22nd I called several times and was finally given the supervisors number I called him, left a message but never received a return call This behavior is typical of their response to repeated complaints over the last few monthsDealing with them is so frustrating that I often say nothing and just put out the trash again the next week, But this time I decided enough is enoughYesterday I did receive a voicemail but I couldn't open it because there was no content?? Strange?? I'm not complaining because I am paying for twice the service I use, I simply want a pick up on the appointed day no matter what the interval The only reason they may have attempted to contact me yesterday was because of your involvement Otherwise I'm certain I wouldn't have heard from them at all! If they can't guarantee me the service I pay for, I want my pre-payment ($72) refunded and their service discontinued.N [redacted] N [redacted] -***-***

We went out to the given address ( [redacted] ***) multiple times to verify what containers they hadThey have two garbage containers curbside at time of complaintThe recycling truck will not pick up a garbage container and therefore the recycling did not get collectedThe owner called and began to raise voice with the managerWe delivered a recycling container that dayNo problems have come about since then

Please, close this case I finally received the full refund that I had requested.Thank you for your assistance

I spoke to C*** on the phone today. She expressed her issue and we expressed some of the issues that resulted in a miscommunication. She said she received her money back from the bank and the bank would be in contact with usOn her end she said
everything was resolvedIf you need more information let me know

I have spoke with C[redacted] at [redacted] and expressed my apologies for service issues at her location. I have assured her that I have made the necessary steps to resolve this issue. A truck will be by there today to collect what was missed. Notifications to the driver, along with...

supervisor checking, will be in place to ensure proper service levels are in place. I have shared with her my contact information for further questions, comments, or concerns.

I have left a voicemail for N[redacted] and waiting his returned call to discuss this matter. I have notes on his account that his container was not out when we have gone by several times. If he wants a refund he can get a refund. This is the first I am hearing of this problem

Once again I have tried calling the resident regarding this matter. The container was not out when the truck went by his house. Therefore we did not get it. I am the supervisor that would have received his call and I have never had a call from the number giving in this complaint. I will discontinue service and remove my container from his property. I will credit him $72.60 that he paid for APR-JUN service.

Yes they contacted us and we are trying to get things under control thank you
