Ace Environmental Solutions

Review: Ace Environmental Solutions was recently hired to remediate a mold infestation in the basement of my house. They did a good job of remediating portions of the infestation, but left a portion of the infestation completely untouched. I called the company to inform them of this, and to schedule a time for them to come back and complete the job. I emailed the company several photos of the remaining mold infestation, along with detailed information about the site that was left untreated. I have not heard back from the company since, in spite of my multiple attempts to contact them.Desired Settlement: Ace Environmental Solutions must return to my house within the next week and fully remediate the mold infestation that remains. Ace must also provide a full warranty for their services.
