Highly recommend Ace Garage Door. Called at 9:00AM, got a fixed total price to replace broken torsion springs. Less than one hour later tech had arrived and replaced springs and did a complete door servicing. Very professional and courteous!

I highly recommend Ace Garage Door and Opener. They are quick to come out and solve the problem and to fix it. They are also very good about showing and explaining exactly what the problem is. They are also very reasonable with pricing.

I called a few garage door companies today to get a quote on replacing the torsion springs on my garage door, as one of them had snapped. I called several companies and all were looking at charging a service call yet wouldn't give me any solid information on how much the job would cost until the installer arrived, telling me it would cost between x and y. Ace were the only company who gave me a fixed price.

They were able to come on the same-day and I was pleased to get a call several hours before the scheduled appointment window asking if it would be convenient for me if they turned up earlier.

The guy who turned up was very professional, explained the work he was doing and did the job swiftly. He cleaned up after himself and took the broken parts away, which was appreciated.
