I hired this company to put a new furnace into my home, I'm a widow and know absolutely nothing about a furnace The sales person was very honest and helpful about what I needed and he never tried to push me toward a more expensive unit that I didn't need The furnace was installed and after about a month, it stopped working I called, they sent a man out that night to get it running which he did It ran fine for about another month and stopped again I called again but this time they sent the boss out, he immediately saw the problem with the installation and sent his guys out the next day to fix it again..it's been fine ever since...they are a nice company to deal with, very customer friendly

I scheduled an appointment for a problem I was having with my airconditionerI received a call and the tech told me we should call an electrician first just by hearing what the problem is and not even coming to the houseThat was except able, when I told him I was an electrician, he agreed to come the next dayHere is where the real problem startsAs a business allegedly in business since and an award winning company with the better business burea, they could not tell me when the tech would comeI was told, they are busy and that we are on the schedule, but could not even give me an idea when a tech could or would show upThe female who answered the phone was very rude and as a potential customer with a problem calling their company for service, one would think they would have some kind of business planI can appreciate a company who is very busy but the rudeness and inability to have some kind of schedule to go by, lost this customer and every other person I can tell about the poor customer service This company seems to go by

This is the second year we ve had the same problem (since we ve lived in the house but has been going on a lot longer)The second year we ve had a young man with WW come out to our houseThis time I was told (after being at our house for minutes) that he could not help, he had no solution(s)Our unit in the attic for the second floor, leaksWe had run it for a month at degreesThe insulation on the outside, as well as inside the unit, is soaked He checked the charge(it was fine), blew thru the drainage tube (no obstruction) I feel like a woman who has taken her car to a repair shop, played for stupid and raked over the coalsThat s ok, my husband has taken some time and believe we have found the issueNo thanks to the young man
