Dear Representative of the Revdex.com,Tuition payments are to be made to Ace Gymnastics by the 1st of each month, paid by that date by check or if not then charged to the credit card on file*** joined our team program July 11thThe credit card left on file by *** ***
was twice declined in July for the monthly tuition, and although emails are immediately sent notifying customers of this declined charge, *** did not offer a new card or any other paymentIt was not until August 3rd that Ace received a payment from her for $By this time the tuition alone was $731.70, and there were additional charges for team fees of $and a non refundable deposit with the commitment to the year on team of $100, and an additional team fee on August 15th of $An email was sent to *** stating that if we did not have all of the back charges paid by August 19th we would not be able to allow her to continue in the programShe brought in a check for $711, which bounced and took until the 3rd resubmission to finally clear her bank and was then finally deposited in my account on August 29.*** had tried to bring $cash to the gymnastics facility on August 19th, but at this time the $was still not cleared so I instructed my office manager, Amy, to give her the $back and that was to be the end of our relationship with her.When I received notice that the $had finally been deposited in our account, I went through our online registration program and refunded *** her $She had not paid for a uniform so there is no need for her to receive one or be reimbursed for one.There had been correspondence regarding this matter, which have been attached to this email, along with the billing history.As a small business I don't want gymnastics to negatively impact a family's financial well being, not do I want to continually make attempts to recoup tuition and other fees from customersAs this was a new customer I did not feel that we should continue to cultivate this relationship, especially in light of hearing from another gym that she had been asked to leave do to nonpayment
