I had an emergency with a leaky toilet...water all over the floor. They were at my house in less that 15 minutes. The plumber was very nice and explained what he was going to do. I thought is was a leak at the supply line but after further inspection, the valve was bad. He had to cut the drywall to solder off the valve and replace it. I was a nervous wreck because of what it might cost. The cost was under $200 to replace the supply line, cut the wall, solder off and solder in the replacement the valve....thought it would be much more.
I would definitely use them again.
They show they do free estimates. When they got to our location they were unpleasant and said they don't do estimates. After they worked for 10 minutes and changed the filters said it was fixed and took payment and left. They were unprofessional and did not fix the problem. I will tell everyone, " do not call for their terrible service". You will regret it. I do!
