I am writing in response to the letter which I received dated Monday July 13, 2015. Complaint Number ID [redacted]I will accept the $150.00 refund as a friendly gesture. Send the refund of $150.00 to my Post Office Box.[redacted]
Dear Revdex.com, at this time I still don't feel that we did anything wrong. (example: If you go to get a flat tire fixed and you were told they
would plug it for $39.95, but when they go to make the repair, they find the hole is in the sidewall and then tell you a new tire installed is
$289.00, the tire company didn't do anything wrong but tell you the truth----you still need to have the new tire) A-Plumbing did not do anything incorrect but charge her for the extra time we had in her job, which she signed she was satisfied. So one more time I will offer the $150.00 refund as a friendly gesture in hopes that Mrs. [redacted] will review and understand. It wouldn't matter who's name is attached to the $685.00 bill, someone has to fulfill the first or initial step in the process to realize snaking won't open the drain, and that work has to be paid for.
At any rate I hope this will help satisfy and resolve the complaint.
Sincerely,
David W[redacted]
