The messages sent did not include everything. I explained to him my house had black mold and my children were getting sick and I had to move with short notice. I have always day or even in the middle of the night dropped everything and answered his questions or worked on his siteI have proof through text messages. I did not pressure him into a new site. I gave him the information. On Friday May 13th I sent the login information he requested. On Sunday May 15th I received this response below. On May 19th he requested updated theme files and license files which I sent same day. Even though he below has stated to release me of all obligations and responsibilities of the site, I will not give a refund however, I am hosting his site and willing to apply $for the maintenance package towards years of hosting. Which is more than $value. He has prepaid in the past for a service which he did not use and I honored and applied it towards his balance in the past. I am a honest and fair however I have spent alot of time and even put my own money into his projects. I have always been more than fair. That is the best offer I can make. I originally started working with Trach Masters back in 2014.  I created a website for him.  Which in his own words "I am totally satisfied".  He wanted alot of updates so I offered him a package which everytime he texted or emailed I always completed what ever he needed.  I have...

documentation of all of our correspondence.  My client also had access to make changes to his website which I always fixed anything that got messed up.  I spent countless hours on the phone and texting instructing him how to add his classes to his site.  I have countless email correspondence asking for things which show my completed responses. He was having issues with his payment processing company (not the site) which was not processing clients payment.  He also started asking about incorporating adding another location and online classes as well as a fresh new look which is why we started talking about a new site.  I never pushed him into it I only gave him the information and he said he would talk it over with his partner.
