Ace Heating & Air Conditioning

Today, I had another company out to service my heater. I had originally called Ace Heating but I did not receive a return call. When the other professional company looked at my mechanical room where Ace had hooked up my new air conditioning copper lines, he noted the following:1.The return air plenum not in place and not sealed- the other company said it looks like Ace Heating came out short on this; not flush and in place properly.2.No trim ring where flue exits the mechanical room3.At roof jack for furnace flue, can see daylight not sealed4.Flex duct at furnace coming from attic; code is ridged pipe- no flex in closet5. A separate cut should have been made in drywall rather than damaging the screen in ceiling; I now have insulation coming down in the mechanical room.I had addressed the issue of being able to look up and seeing the outside sky. I now have a leak in my mechanical room roof area- there is evidence of a stain that was not there before Ace had worked on the air conditioning. I had also addressed the issue of Ace going through the wire screen; [redacted] just pushed up on screen but did not make any repair. In the orginal complaint, [redacted] had another worker install the copper lines; these were damaged when he was running it along in the attic. I made [redacted] replace the outter insulation. This means to add in the missing seals/chaulking, add the rings, and make a separate cut in the drywall with the proper fittings. In addition, the wire needs to be repair correctly and insulation replaced.
