This is to inform you that a fair and equitable solution has been reached with Ace Hardware and myself, due to the efforts of MrAndrew G [redacted] I would like to thank the Revdex.com.org for helping resolve this situation [redacted]

I have put calls into *** *** I also have a call into *** who was Irene's boss at the time .Irene told me that she did not know it was a used generator at the time of sale [ I still have noknowledge of EVER BUYING ANYTHING but new generators out of our ACE
HARDWARE distribution center located at *** *** *** *** told me today that when he came back looking for the manuals, that we could not produce , *** agreed to give him a significant discount My CFO *** *** added that she recalls hearing that it was simply a case of the customer buying a unit which was too small for everything that he wanted to accomplish .I hope this effort shows that I take pride in resolving our complaints .We are the HELPFUL PLACE and I HOPE to hear from *** at his earliest convenience Andy G***-###-###-####Ace Hardware & Self StorageServing Connecticut since 1912Bloomfield-Middletown-Norwich-Rocky Hill
