Just spoke with customer and we are going by house on Wednesday to address here complaintThe contract was completed last June according to the terms of the contractWe have not heard of these issues and complaint until this was brought to our attention by The Revdex.comIt all sounds to be very minor issues and we will address any such problems after we go out on Wednesday to discuss with homeowner

I am rejecting this response because: Based on meeting with [redacted] and not the roofers, I must request that ACE confirms the following: 1. that they have installed flat roofs with drip edges before 2. that the drip edges installed on the flat roof are aluminum 3. that new pipe collars were installed 4. that new pipe flashings were installed 5. that the chimney flashings were installed properly and not loose.
In addition, I would like to correct some misstatements made by ACE. Although I signed the contract, the replacement of the roof was not scheduled until July 14 since I needed to have some trees trimmed which were located near or above the roof. Once the job was completed on July 14, I paid the remaining balance. As my cellphone records indicate, I placed multiple telephone calls to [redacted], as instructed by ACE, regarding my complaints. I also met with him.

  I meet with **. [redacted] last week to go over some of his concerns, I have spoken to **. [redacted] about some of these same issues in the past. There was nothing that we did wrong while...

installing his roof. He has other framing issues on front that homeowner has been concerned about. I spoke to **. [redacted] and explained everything to him again. There are a few other minor issues with roof that I told him that I would resolve at no charge. He is ok with everything that I proposed and I will take care of issue soon.

Review: The company replaced my roof. Did a very poor job where the look of the roof is not acceptable. Wood is deforming. Contacted the company numerous times . Was given an un acceptable excuse for the poor job telling me my roof struts are too host thats why the roof look like that. The roof did not look like that prior to them fixing it. Worst looking roof and job .Desired Settlement: For the company to properly repair the roof. Had no problem taking the money but delivered an unsatisfactory work
