The buyer contacted our J-Tech Digital on 6/16/for this issueWe suggested her that she can contact *** company for the warranty and provided her with our purchasing manager's information (Our purchasing manager bought this computer from *** company directly on June, and sent it to the
buyer, therefore this computer was registered under our purchasing manager's name*** company need the information who bought the item originally to process their warranty)The buyer refused to do that because she thought she should be the computer's owner instead of anybody elseTherefore, we contacted *** company for the buyer, hoping to transfer the ownership from our purchasing manager to the buyerFor some reason, the customer service staff from *** told us that she cannot find any buyer information about this computer and suggested that we can try to transfer the ownership onlineThen we tried to transfer the ownership of this computer from us to the buyer a lot of times but always failed (when we fill in the previous ownership information and new ownership information and click submit button, the system didn't let us continue, poping out a message "some error happened")After many times' failures, we contacted the buyer and promised that we would love to take responsibility for the warranty (According to our company's policy, we provides one-year warranty for the items sold by us )We would like to offer her a prepaid return shipping label so she can send this computer back to us and let our company repair this computer for freeHowever, the buyer refused this solution and insisted the original order receipt or a full refundTruth is that we contacted *** company a lot of times and they always failed to verify the original buyer information for usAlso, we cannot issue the buyer a full refund for this order since this product was purchased over one year ago (Our company accepts returns within days).
