*** and *** *** paid us to file for their for last year, when giving us the information required to file for the Mr*** gave us someone Else's social security number which caused major issues when trying to complete the first filing for themAfter several failed attempts to
make the filing for them Mr***'s wife *** let us know that the Social we were trying to complete the filing under was in fact not Mr***'s Social Security NumberHe finally gave us his correct socialOnce we had the correct information given to us we again tried to complete his for themWhen we logged into the system to complete the filing we were not able to process it due to the fact that *** *** chose to complete it on her own after we had already worked on it for several daysIf we had not been give information from the start we would have been able to complete our job in a timely mannerMrs *** signed an Authorization form that clearly stated that they were not entitled to any refunds if they choose to complete filings on their own once we have begun workA refund was not issued, However I did allow them to have a credit with the company in the amount of $just to show good business faith. One June 19th *** *** paid us $ to process her for this yearShe has not been calling this company trying to contact us since June 19th daily as she statedShe has called several times this week, however I have been working in the permits department by myself and have been taking care of returned calls as quickly as possibleHowever Calls around the office does no good for the only one whom can assist her is the permits departmentThe filing for the opened for renewal on July 1st, not delinquent by July 1stAs stated in the Authorization form signed by *** *** Filings can take as long as 30-to days to processWe were working for them for free on this years filingWhen our account manger collected the taxes on June 19th she only collect the taxes due on the and not OUR $filing feeWe will issue Mrs*** a Refund but only in the amount of $Please allow 30-days for the refund to clear accounting and for your refund check to be mailed out to youPlease note that you are responsible for filing your own this year, we will not be filing them

*** & *** *** hired us to complete Carrier filings for them to include setting up a LLCThey were told up front that is was a minimum of weeks to complete the LLC. and that there are not exact time frames to be given when dealing with State,FMCSA or DOT agencies
because we can not control how they process orders. After talking about the options of filing for authority before the release of the LLC it was decided that they wanted to hold off on the completion of the authority and wait for the LLC name to be approvedAprox weeks in to the process they began calling repeatedly wanting to know why it was taking so long and we would again remind them of the time frame and they would be ok for a couple of days and then the process would start over againWe submitted the filings through a 3rd party filer as requested and must follow their own time framesAfter we had put several days and hours into working their file and no matter how many times we spoke with them to try and help them understand the process that they asked us to take on the LLC filing they went against our agreement and started contacting the stateThey would get one answer from someone and call us back with an attitude that we were not doing our job etcWe have all clients sign a form that cl***y states that if they try to contact the state etc that is only slows the process downWe have no idea of whom they are speaking to nor, do they know who we are dealing withThere is no way for them to get a correct answer with out talking directly to our company contactsThey chose to move forward with the filing on their ownThe authorization form they signed also states that if they chose to complete the filings on their own they are not entitled to a refundThey must initial beside this paragraphIf you would like a copy I will be happy to send over the supporting documents

[redacted] did not call this office 10 times yesterday as stated in her complaint. She was responded to via email 3 times yesterday. [redacted] purchased services from our company on for a BOC-3 and the 2014 UCR filing. The Boc-3 was only $20.00 NOT $200.00 as she stated. [redacted] also signed...

and completed the authorization form which clearly states that we do not file for the UCR until the insurance is placed on file with the FMCSA and that they have 60 days from the day of purchase to complete the necessary filings or we closed the file. Once the File is closed the authorization form [redacted] signed also states that there is a $25 fee to reopen the file for completion. I fully explained this to [redacted] yesterday in our email correspondence. I also explained to her that being it was the end of the year and wanting to assist [redacted] with getting things wrapped up for her 2014 filings I went ahead and pulled her file waving the $25 fee and completed her 2014 UCR for her and sent it to her. [redacted] tried to tell me yesterday that we were wrong about the day her insurance posted and I also told her that she was welcomed to get on the FMCSA site and see the date it was posted in black and white for her self. I will be attaching you a copy of the authorization form, the receipt, a copy of her Insurance post date proving that her insurance was placed on file long after the day her file was closed which was October 30th 69 days after the purchase of her filings with Ace Licensing. [redacted] Insurance did not go on file as needed until November 19th 2014. [redacted] was not given a phone call yesterday because once we are told a Charge back is being placed all correspondence is done from that point on via email so there is documentation of the conversations for both parties involved. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] We did not move forward to filing on our own. We also have not contacted anyone personally through the state with our findings and if they have proof of that then prove it. No one has ever told us that the process would start over after 4 weeks of the time frame. We were not given calls back during the time we called [redacted] or [redacted]. Every time my husband and I called to talk to [redacted] she would tell us to call [redacted] but this was after the 6 week time frame. [redacted] told my husband and I that we would receive our LLC and Authority within the next few days after the 8 week time frame and to no avail did that happen. We have the right to ask when we should receive our paperwork because these people assured that we would receive our paperwork so we could start working. We did accordingly to their contract and they failed us. WE HAVE NOT MOVED FORWARD ON OUR OWN WITH ANOTHER FILING SO WE SHOULD BE ENTITLED TO OUR REFUND. We filed for our Authority in April and the LLC in May. We called Ace Licensing & Permit, Inc. in August which is way over the 8 week period and now it is in September. In the event if we did contact the State to ask of the processing time we still did not make any filing measure on our own within the contract. [redacted] is the owner of Ace Licensing & Permits Inc. and she is not professional in dealing with her customers. This company is full of thieves and I will truly do all I can to spread the word people to never use their service. I did what I needed to do according to the contract and I want my full refund of 1933.54. I will move forward if this situation is not resolved.
