I have been in business for the past years and this is the first complaint I have received about my businessAlthough I have business cards, most of the work that I get is by word of mouth or from returning customers
"">As to the customer in question, I never received any monetary amount from himThe customer in question and myself worked together operating the [redacted] flea Market for [redacted] for the past year and a half since he was from New JerseyThe customer in question and I also were venders at this flea market for the past three yearsThe customer in question and I had a verbal agreement that he would take Two Hundred dollars off the purchase of the trailer I was going to buy from him and in return I was going do some work at his girlfriends house sometime before winter at my convenience since I already had work on my scheduleIn the meantime, [redacted] contacted us to let us know he was selling the building and wanted the contents out in two monthsThe customer in question who I worked with every Sunday asked me a couple times when I was going to do the job and I responded by telling him as soon a possibleThe customer in question never text or called meIn the late fall I was ready to do the job he said he wanted moneyAgreement was for the job not cashI was still willing to do the jobCustomer in question continued to use my signs which cost me ($300.00) he wanted to use them to keep the [redacted] flea market in another locationCustomer in question wanted my son and I to buy buildings with him to keep market going I declinedMy son and I paid rent for a month or so to set up as a vender at customer in question's new spotI left customer in question a [redacted] snow blower to sell for me before winter for ($100.00) or what he could get for it I just wanted ($100.00)When I went over and saw snow blower was gone, I asked for the money he replied that "someone had stolen it" but he never contacted me to let me know that that had happened.I am willing to settle with Customer in questionCustomer in question can keep the signs which cost me ($300.00) plus the ($100.00) for the snow blower that was stolen while under his care or I will give customer in question ($100.00) and he can return my signs back to me in good shapeCustomer in question will deliver them to my land while I am their to make sure they are in good shapeI am also willing to still do the job for customer in question which was original agreementI do want the $for the snow blower if customer in question takes this option
