Tell us why here...The salesperson was correct in telling Ms Henry she would receive rental under the manufactory warranty service. She is entitled to a loaner car as well for warranty/service work is needed as a courtesy. My salesperson did not suggest nor offer rental for physical damages. It is the responsibility of the consumer and the physical damage agent to offer, advise or accept optional coverage such as rental insurance. THE SALES PERSON DID NOT TELL ME ANYTHING ABOUT A MANUFACTORY WARRANTY AS A COURTESY OR FOR SERVICE WORK NEEDEDWHAT THE SALESPERSON DID TELL ME WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY IS THAT I DID NOT NEED RENTAL INSURANCE BECAUSE I ALREADY HAVE IT BECAUSE MY CAR IS A NEW HE SAID " YOU DON'T NEED RENTAL INSURANCE BECAUSE YOUR CAR IS NEW AND IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTYNOW KEEP IN MIND THIS CAME UP WHEN I CALLED THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO SWITCH FROM ONE CAR TO ANOTHERI HAVE ALWAYS HAD RENTAL INSURANCE BUT THE SALESPERSON TOLD ME I DID NOT NEED TO HAVE RENTAL SO WHY WOULD I PURCHASE IT AND PAY FOR IT IF I DO NOT NEED IT BECAUSE I ALREADY HAVE ITSO I TOLD THE INSURANCE PERSON NO RENTAL BASED ON THE SALESPERSON AT BANNER CHEVROLET TELLING ME THAT I ALREADY HAVE ITIT IS HIS JOB TO LET ME KNOW WHAT COMES ALONG WITH THE VEHICLE THAT I PURCHASEI HAVE NEVER BOUGHT A BRAND NEW CAR SO I DO NOT KNOW WHAT I AM GETTING WITH IT AND WHEN HE TOLD ME THAT I DID NOT NEED RENTAL INSURANCE FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY WHOM I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH READY TO PURCHAS AND ADD IT IN, HE SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE, BANNER SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR ME A RENTAL CAR FOR THE TWO DAYS THAT I NEED TO PUT MY CAR IN THE SHOP TO BE FIXED. I DID PUT RENTAL ON MY CAR AFTER I AM FINDING OUT ABOUT ALL THESE LIES THESE PEOPLE AT BANNER IS TELLING YOU THE Revdex.com AND LYING TO ME OVER THE PHONE LIKE I WAS NEVER IN THE BUILDINGTHE BOTTOM LINE IS THE SALESPERSON WAS TRYING TO HURRY UP AND FINISH THE SALE BECAUSE WE BEEN IN THERE ALL DAY AND HE WAS TIRED AND APPEARED TO BE FRUSTRAITED. I WANT BANNER TO PAY FOR A RENTAL FOR ME FOR TWO DAYS SO I COULD GET MY CAR FIX. THAT IS FAIR TO MEI WOULD NOT BE GOING THROUGH THIS AND I ALWAYS GET RENTAL ON MY INSURANCE HOWEVER WHEN I WAS TOLD THAT I DID NOT NEED IT AND THE REASON FOR THAT AS I SAY THIS AGAIN HE TOLD ME BECAUSE MY CAR IS NEW, I DID NOT WANT TO PAY FOR RENTAL WHEN I ALREADY HAVE IT ON A NEW CAR WHICH IS WHAT I WAS TOLDIF MY HISTORY COULD BE CHECKED WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY IT WILL SHOW THAT I HAVE ALWAYS HAD RENTAL AND I HAVE NEVER PURCHASED A BRAND SPANKING NEW CAR SO WARRANTY WAS NEVER OFFERED. I NEED MY CAR TO GO TO WORK AND I HAVE KIDS SO I KNOW THAT I DO NEED RENTAL INSURANCE WHICH I HAVE NOW AND WOULD HAVE HAD IF IT WASN'T FOR BANNER CHEVROLET SALESPERSON. I WANT ACTION TAKEN AND I WANT BANNER TO PAY FOR MY RENTAL CAR FOR TWO DAYS SO MY CAR CAN BE PUT IN THE SHOP AND THE DENT CAN BE TAKEN OUT. I WILL SAY AND SAY AGAIN THE SALES PERSON DID NOT TELL ME ANYTHING ABOUT A MANUFACTORY WARRANTY ONLY COVERING MECHANICAL DAMAGES, LIKE THE MANAGER SAID THEY TOLD MEFOR ONE WHY WOULD HE BRING IT UPI DIDN'T ASK ABOUT IT OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN RENTAL INSURANCE IF I WOULD HAVE KNOW THAT MY CAR WAS NOT COVERED IF I GOT INTO AN ACCCIDENT OR SOMEONE HIT Y CARHE DID NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING TO MESO THE STATEMENT ABOVE FROM BANNER CHEVROLET IS NOT TRUE AND THAT IS ALL THEY ARE SAYING BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY ARE LYING AND SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR MY RENTAL BECAUSE THEY MESSED UPBANNER DO NOT WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR TELLING ME WHAT THEY WANT TO MAKE A SALE AND THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF HE WOULD HAVE JUST EXPLAINED IT TO ME I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN THE RENTAL INSURANCE WHEN I SWITCH MY CAR OVERI ALREADY HAD RENTAL ON MY INSURANCE BUT WITHOUT RENTAL I PAY A LIL LESS AND I FIGURED WHY PAY MORE WHEN I ALREADY HAVE RENTAL UNDER THE WARRANTY BY CHEVROLET SO I DID NOT ADD IT WHILE ON THE PHONE WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANYTHE BANNER SALESPERSON WAS RIGHT THERE THE PHONE WAS ON SPEAKER PHONE HE WAS THE ONE WHO ACTUALLY CALLED THE INSURANCE COMPANY BECAUSE MY PHONE WAS GOING DEAD IN HIS OFFICEI COULD GO ON AND ON AND I DO KNOW IT IS MY WORD AGAINST HIS BUT I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP AND YES THEY ARE SAYING THAT THE SALESPERSON IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR GIVING ME ANY INFORMATION ON INSURANCE, BUT THEIR SALES GUY LARRY HSURE GAVE ME SOME INFORMATION ABOUT INSURANCE AND NOT NEEDING THE RENTALMY INSURANCE COMPANY WAS ON THE LINE AND THE REASON THE LADY DID NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING BECAUSE SHE ALSO HEARD LARRY SAY I DID NOT NEED THE RENTAL INSURANCE BECAUSE I ALREADY HAVE RENTAL SO WHY WOULD SHE QUESTION IT OR GIVE ME INSIGHT ON ANYTHING WHEN I AM STILL AT THE DEALERSHIP AND THE DEALER IS TELLING ME THAT I DON'T NEED IT AND SHE HEARD HIM SAY ITALL I WANT IS FOR BANNER TO PAY FOR ME TWO DAYS RENTAL SO I COULD FIX MY CAR

Banner Chevrolet prides itself on our transparency and fairness; however, we have not meet our standards in this instanceMsWilson purchased a Tire and Wheel Service contract that covers any issues with her tires or rims for the next years.However, it is apparent that the benefits
were not explained in a satisfactory manner, and Banner is willing to do either of the following to resolve the concern: we will honor the contract if MsWilson would like to have it's benefits explained again, or,we will refund the difference of $from the internet price, including $in sales tax and $interest charges based on her contract rate of 9.29% for months and cancel the current year protectionThis would result in a check issued to *** *** for $2514.75. We are truly understand the way you feel and I've reached out to you several times in an effort to resolve this matter. Banner's position is a communication gap took place and you are unwilling to compromise. should you change your mind, we are willing to extend a great deal to you. Our resolve remains the same. We are willing to work with him. Banner need him to come in and ask for the General Sales Manager. I've been unable to reach him by phone

It is still our position that the salesperson did not recommend or mention  advice to [redacted] against rental insurance.  As a goodwill of Banner,  we will provide two days of courtesy transportation as long as the repair work is done at Banner Chevrolet.  [redacted] must provide insurance, valid license a credit card for incidentals.  This is a one time exception..  Accept this offer as our last reply to this matter.

I do not accept the response due to the fact that the sales rep did tell me that my car was under warranty and that I have rental in my warranty. What the sales rep fail to tell me that it did not cover physical damage and it only covered mechanical damage. He did not tell me this ALL HE TOLD ME WAS THAT I DID NOT NEED RENTAL INSURANCE ON MY VEHICLE BECAUSE IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY SO I WOULD GET A RENTAL IF ANYTHING HAPPEND. I WOULD HAVE PURCHASE RENTAL INSURANCE THROUGH MY AGENT.

We value [redacted] consideration to visit Banner Chevrolet.  However, he misunderstood the math which included trade-in estimate.  I tried everything possible to explain the difference.  I'd like to invite [redacted] back in to start over to conclude this sale and make sure he is...

Banner's response is BS. No one from Banner Chevy has reached out to me one time concerning this matter. Other than replying to this complaint with lies and an empty promise. I called the number listed in the previous response and left a message and again I received no response. I am open to hear what deal they can offer me to make up for the wasted time and lies I have experienced.

I did not misunderstand the math. The salesman did! I emphasized the deal I wanted. He made his own assumption. Do not put the blame on me. When it is in writing that I wanted to get out the door at $40,000 with tt&l included is pretty obvious what deal I'm looking for. The salesman assumed that number was after my trade in. The total price had nothing to do with the trade in. He assumed this on his own. The numbers aren't even close if you factor in the trade. I also attempted to offer another deal of $39,000, I'll pay my tt&l but I wanted $24,000 for my trade in. I emailed Kim this offer who told me she would check into it when she got back to work. It has been weeks now, and I've still yet to hear back. So don't try to put the blame on me. Banner is guilty of a bait and switch which did not work. Attached are copies of the emails that were sent back and forth.

Banner Chevrolet understands the importance of customer satisfaction and missed communications can occur.  However,  after listening to [redacted] and discussing in details of this event with our staff,  it was determined our salesperson acted appropriately.  It was further...

verified in [redacted] written complaint.  The salesperson Larry H[redacted] admitted he advised [redacted] she did not need to duplicate the extended mechanical warranty being offered by the insurance company.  The fact is GM will provide alternate/rental for warranty service and [redacted] stated Mr. H[redacted] told her.  [redacted] missed understood advice to decline extra warranty from the insurance company vs. rental insurance caused by physical damage.

I  spoke to the customer and explained our policies regarding a prior customer putting a deposit on a vehicle. This deposit entitles them to full rights to the sale of that vehicle. After further discussion the customer stated that she understood our policy is just that she did not know the...

policy at the time .   The customer stated that she will contact Revdex.com and explained that she is completely satisfied after hearing from Banner Chevrolet
