I paid £1,000 for Abdul-Qawiyy Kareem’s “SS Bootcamp Course,” run through his companies Ace Marketing Services Ltd and Ace Properties Investment Ltd.
He uses social media to promote property mentorship to young adults while amassing luxury in his videos, offering “guaranteed” deals and access to social housing contracts, leads, and investor bookings. I attended a free 1-hour webinar where these promises were made, including lifetime support until closing a first deal. Based on these promises, I joined the program in installments.
No clear contract, refund policy, or terms were ever provided. I had to chase just to get a receipt. Got ignored multiple times

In my experience, support was inconsistent. Weekly calls were unreliable. Most advice felt generic and not tailored to my situation. The mentor frequently went on holiday or was absent from the group, despite people depending on him to progress. The bootcamp was underwhelming — the main takeaway was a free lunch, while most of the event consisted of attendees sharing their personal journeys. I didn’t find it actionable or valuable for closing deals.

I was eventually removed from the program without any formal process or warning, and many of the promised deliverables, such as access to government leads or guaranteed deals, were not provided.

When I requested a refund, I was ignored and eventually blocked. I felt I had no choice but to issue a small claim in court on the grounds of misrepresentation and breach of contract.

Even if I win, recovering funds will be difficult, as the business appears to operate with limited accountability or assets. I suspect he makes personal promises to his audience while hiding under an LTD in case litigation arises
